The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. Whether it’s a family vacation or a few relaxing days with friends, this modern and luxurious vacation home offers the perfect setting. Hot tub, sauna, large garden with barbecue area, a beautiful location right by the swimming lake, and much more – this place leaves nothing to be desired! The Airbnb is located in an upscale vacation home complex. We would like to point out that quiet hours must be observed at night. Loud parties are not allowed.

Times 1911

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unsere Gäste erwartet eine exklusive, hochwertig ausgestattete, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.

You won't forget your time in the tiny house anytime soon. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove. Next to the horse pasture and very close to the A7 between Ulm and Memmingen. We are a farm with horses, a therapy cow, dog, cat and chickens. Memmingen with its romantic old town invites you to stroll and stop by. Horsemanship, herbal courses or cow cuddling can be booked. Breakfast on request!
