If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have found it!! The Weekender is perfect for couples that are looking for some R&R. It is located approximately 4 miles from McAlester. This cabin has everything you need to get away! Relax on the deck while cooking a steak on the grill, sit in the hot tub or around the outdoor firepit just a few steps away. Step back into a simpler time at Netties Nest where comfort and peace await you. Half a mile to the hospital and 3 blocks from disc golf park. The small town of Krebs with its famous Italian restaurant "Pete's Place" is 2.7 miles away or south on 69 to“Captain John’s” for the best steak. Downtown locally owned shops are ten minutes. Also, if you’re feeling adventurous, "Reba's" new restaurant is 45 minutes south , or relax on the deck and listen to the wind chime with a cup of coffee.

MK bunkhouse started as a place for our family and friends to enjoy. Our area is so beautiful, we had many requests to share our place. We are 6 miles from Robbers Cave State Park on a working ranch. Wake up to sit on the porch to enjoy a country sunrise or take a walk through our pasture trails. During the day, enjoy many local activities at Robbers Cave, Wilburton or the nearby scenic drives. Each evening, unwind by the fire pit as the horses munch in the nearby pasture.

You will love sitting on the front porch and watching the walkers, bike riders, etc. across the street. Living area open to dining area and kitchen. Master bedroom has walk-in shower. Also a full bath off the hallway. Wifi and streaming wide screen TV. Lots of closet space. Fully furnished kitchen. Across from a beautiful, walking track, the Mike Deak McAlester HS baseball field and soccer fields. Well lighted street. Small garage and additional parking on driveway.
