Do you want to live rural yet new, fresh and with a high standard of accommodation? Just outside Åsarp with a free location is this newly built, nice apartment that was ready -21. The apartment is located on the second floor of a garage/storage building on site. The place is good for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surrounding areas of Falbygden to the north and Ätradalen to the south. The location close to nature provides peace and quiet, while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Newly renovated 19th-century cottage in Falbygden

All amenities are available, while the old-fashioned atmosphere is preserved with a kitchen stove and fireplace. The cottage is a wing building of 60 sqm. The courtyard has a big yard. During the season you can buy vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers directly from the garden in the small farm shop. The cottage has a special garden with garden furniture and grill under the fruit trees. Bed linen and bath linen are included. Wifi 250 Mbps and TV available. Breakfast can be ordered for SEK 90/person/day. Final cleaning can be ordered for SEK 500.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Cozy cottage 3 km from Åsarp with quiet location. River Ätran runs 50 meters away making the place extra peaceful. Deck to enjoy nature on. As hosts, we live only 500 meters away at a house with pond where fishing can be rented some parts of the year. 30-45 minutes to Hökensås and Hornborgasjön. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need. 4 km to Nya Sturebadet. Our motto is that YOU should feel warmly welcomed by us and that YOU in particular should want to come back!

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.
