My family had a wonderful time here. It really felt like a home away from home. The space is super cute and cozy, with all the creature comforts -- good Wi-Fi, cable, comfortable sofa and beds, and everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen, bathroom or on the patio. It's beautifully kept and immaculately clean inside and out. The tree-lined backyard and patio are massive and lush -- offering a beautiful country setting, perfect for watching the sunset. It's also super convenient, less than a 5-minute drive into downtown Picton, close to restaurants, shops, wineries, breweries and key sites in The County. Hosts Carol and Bentley are very welcoming, helpful and attentive. They provide free/unlimited access to Sandbanks as well as free drinks at a local winery. We highly recommend.

We had a short but very pleasant stay over the weekend for a wedding in the County. Jaclynn was extremely responsive and had made sure that things went smoothly for us during check-in. The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the water, and is just a short walk away from the fantastic County Cider Company. We would definitely stay again!

Happy to share a few things for any future visitor; Here are the takeaways from a 3n4d stay: -Great access to town <5 to Tweed -Wineries (PEC, Belleville, Tweed) within 1 hour -Beautiful Parks to Hike! Within an hour or less (recommend Bon Echo) -Celiac Friendly! Breakfast was good & CinnaBuns! -Great amount of amenities on site - tub, bbq, outdoor lounge, firepit, games, tv, wifi -Highly communicative host, responsive & attentive -Be respectful of the rules, as with any AirBnB it should be treated a little more like home and a little less like a hotel if it’s a Bed & Breakfast. This was for a friend retreat with a mix of activities, we enjoyed a lot in the area & still more to see, like a dark sky viewing area not far away. We appreciated the attention to detail such as allergies or extra blankets. There is on site presence, so one might recommend being respectful outside especially when voices carry. Awesome for a couple or a few friends as it’s great as a quiet retreat.

A great little hideaway minutes away from town! We enjoyed our time at Rose Cottage and would definitely book again. Lots to do in the area - Bon Echo, Belleville, Prince Edward all less than an hour away - and it was nice to come back to a fully loaded kitchen for dinner and unwind by the campfire. Beds were comfy & clean, and the washroom was spacious and fully stocked with towels for the four of us. The bathrobes were a nice touch! Victoria was very hospitable and accommodating, and was even pretty cool about it when I accidentally broke a campfire rule. Top notch host! We didn't get to try the hot tub so I can't really comment on that, but we otherwise enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Tweed. Thanks Victoria!

We had a great experience at Zev’s place. It was nice and cozy and central to everything that we planned to do in PEC. It was perfect for what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway. Zev was even kind enough to gift us with a bottle of wine. We would love to return again.

Very cozy cabin feel inside. Basics for cooking bring what you like to cook with. Good for a day or two. They do the dishes which is a bonus but no kitchen sink while cooking can be frustrating to go to bathroom sink. Lots of room to sit outside back patio and hottub area. Bbq was nice. Private and quiet.

How can you not give Karen and this oasis 5 stars? From the beginning, Karen was so responsive and accommodating. She always responded quickly. Though we didn’t get to meet her, she was around if we ever needed anything or had any questions. We had a little issue and her son even came to our rescue. Thank you 🙏🏼 The place was the perfect getaway! It has everything you need. It looks even better than the pictures. The little touches show how much Karen has gone above and beyond in making your stay welcoming and special. The labels marking everything as either “guest use” and “private” was super helpful and organized. The winter views were breathtaking. I love how dark the bedroom stays in the morning with the blackout curtains. It really allows for a peaceful weekend. The only con was we didn’t get to stay long enough and had to go back to reality lol! This place truly deserves its 5 star rating.

We had a wonderful stay at Amber and Peter's place. It was so close to downtown Picton--within easy walking distance. The place was exactly as pictured in the photos. Very spacious and beautiful inside. Lots of care given to every detail. Newly renovated. Spacious bathroom. Gorgeous aesthetic throughout. Kitchen was fully equipped and you could stay there for days/ weeks at a time with all the amenities. The bed was amazing--SO comfortable. Mattress was comfortable and linens were perfect; it was a wonderful sleep. There is a brand new and clean hot tub, which was easy to use and a wonderful addition to both our morning and evening routine. Very private. The house was quiet. The street was quiet. We would stay here again and we highly recommend it!

I can't say enough good things about Kelly's place! The location was perfect and the space was decorated beautifully! Kelly and Chris were very responsive and made sure I felt right at home! I would absolutely stay there again.

The food was incredible—each meal was homemade, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Claire & Matt were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. My partner and I stayed here for a weekend and it's a 15 minute drive to Kingston. it was very well equipped and spacious for two people, with beautiful morning sunrays coming through the windows and greenery everywhere. Lisa was a great host for answering all of our questions promptly and we felt very at home at their guest suite. We would come back again next time!

A great place to stay for a weekend in the County! We had the best time, 8 min walk into main st Picton! This place is perfect for friends or a couple, very spacious and clean and located right in the hub of the county, central to most wineries & other small towns. Would recommend and definitely stay here again the next time we are in PEC!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Tammy's Guest Suite. The apartment is beautifully constructed and appointed. Little touches everywhere: cozy blankets, perfectly placed lights and switches, super comfortable beds and pillows, everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry... and instructions for how everything works. We will definitely try and stay here again if we are ever in Belleville!

Andrew and Jodi’s place was our home base for 2 nights while we toured around PEC on a weekend of wineries & great food. The location was ideal because it was perfectly located for so many of the wineries we most wanted to visit, as well as some wonderful restaurants in Wellington. Such a well thought out place, with everything one could need! And a super comfy bed - we had great sleeps both nights. The back deck for morning coffee was so peaceful, and it was wonderful listening to the birds and watching the chipmunks run around the property. We didn’t need the washer/dryer but how nice to have it was there if we did! Just a wonderful self contained unit with everything you could need. Thanks Andrew and Jodi, and we would love to stay with you again when we return.

Christian and MaryJo are super friendly and were truly excited to have guests enjoying their space. All of the info they shared about restaurants and beaches ahead of time was super helpful. Wonderful area to visit and exceptional hosts.

Marlise was a great host who proactively provide instructions and what to do around this areas! The place was very clean, spacious and matched with photos posted. Marlise was also very friendly who introduced her adorable farm friends to us, such as the chickens and horses. We enjoyed our time there thanks to Marlise!

Beautiful property on a quiet dead end street. Christine is very responsive when you need something but gives you your space otherwise. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Christine has thought of everything. Highly recommended this place!
