A lovely peaceful place with views of nature from all windows. It is the perfect place and location to unwind. The place is stylish and comfy with everything you need and Fred was very easy and reliable to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Jamie’s place was great! Jamie was easy to communicate with and super responsive. The house was so cozy and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying here when we visit Watertown each year. Thank you Jamie!

we had a great stay at Sherry's! The farm animals were great to hear...and new lambs! The house was easy to find. Sherry recommended a local grocery to us, it was awesome. we were there 3 times. Sherry had a fence enclosure put up for our days, that was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

My family of 4 (including 2 young kids) had an amazing stay at Trevor’s Sunshine Cottage. Everything was clean and the cottage matched the AirBnb description perfectly. The backyard is really cool and young kids enjoyed exploring around and relaxing on the old wooden swing. The location is perfect, as it’s close to the Olympic Harbour and only a short walk to Queen’s. Also very close to an amazing little bakery (Wheat Kings Artisan) behind the Portsmouth Pub, where we enjoyed delicious fresh out of the oven scones. Overall the Sunshine Cottage is a great place to stay, and we highly recommend. We visit Kingston often, so plan to stay at Trevor’s place again soon.

Maria’s home was beautiful with a spectacular view right on the water. We enjoyed time on the dock, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing in the bay. Maria was kind enough to provide us wood for the fire pit and the kids loved cooking s’mores at night. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day exploring the area. Maria’s home was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Thank you Maria for being a wonderful host and sharing your beautiful home!

A wonderful place for a stay with a large family or a couple families. We were able to fully relax while enjoying the extensive amenities including a Sauna and pool at Martin’s place. You truly appreciate all the thoughtful gestures and the welcoming environment!

My family was in town for our sister's wedding and wanted a nice space to spend a few days together and send her off, and this was just the perfect one! The house and setting are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A lot of thought and care had been put into the design and setup, and much effort dedicated to maintain it (we easily saw two teams dropping by for landscaping and pool cleaning). The space is expansive and full of light with great view into nature. The living areas are functional and provided with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor enclosed area (with hot tub) and the pool are both terrific. The weather was not great when we were there (a shame that we didn't use the pool or the Sandbanks pass - great touch to include though) but we were able to make the most of it as there were lots within quick driving distance (wineries, town of Picton) Beforehand a lot of information and communications were sent and we felt at ease and supported throughout. Thank you!

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We will be back to Napanee often to visit our new friend Heather. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. Happy thrifting. Linda and Paul and Maizie.

Great place! There was 6 of us and we had a lovely stay. Parker was super responsive and accommodating, the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the pool in the back is big and we made use of it.

Jake is a great host and always responsive. Place matched with the description and we enjoyed a lot. Finally he reminded me of a beg I forgot and helped in picking it up without any problem. We loved our stay at Jake’s place and I definitely recommend it.

An amazing individual! Really considerate and respectful. Easy to talk to and the home was extremely clean. Everything was easy to access and really felt homie!

A couple of things that stood out for us was the abundance of towel racks and hooks in the bathroom as well as dimmers on all of the overhead lights (such a relief from glare!). We would stay here again.

Rafael had a beautiful basement apartment, separate entrance and amenities. We appreciated the small touches of breakfast !! & toiletries for what we forgot. Close location to everything we need and family too. The only down side was we had an older and large top-heavy dog who couldn’t manage the stairs (husky malamute). They were advertised but I just didn’t think of it until we struggled, and our younger and smaller dogs were just fine with them.

Stayed for two nights with a friend and had a great time. The place was easy to find and with a perfect match to the photos and description provided. Gail was very welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful and you can enjoy it sitting outside or even inside the house. There was a lot to do in the area so this was a great choice for our vacation.

We enjoyed the cabin over a family weekend. It was cosy and thoughtfully designed. We liked walking the trails on the property and watching the bird feeder. Christine went out of her way to help us make the most of our visit, even during a very rainy first day.

The cottage is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it—the cleanliness, tasteful furnishings, spacious layout, and especially the stunning backyard and lake view. The only minor drawback was the lack of drapes or blinds on the windows (other than the bedrooms). At night, it gets very dark outside, which can feel a bit unsettling for those not used to it, as the inside becomes visible while the outside remains pitch black. That said, the cottage is well-secluded by trees and plants, so it’s unlikely anyone would be close enough to see in. Damon is a fantastic host—accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway

Great stay with easy access to downtown! Rory’s place was perfect for our family of two adults and toddler. He was very fast to respond and took the time to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed, having a crib (an actual crib!) made our stay easy and we felt very at home. The home is thoughtfully and creatively designed, the back patio is an oasis and very private. It was nice being able to use the bbq as well. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and very friendly. Overall, this was a fantastic stay!

What a wonderful find! The cottage is in beautiful surroundings with lake views, it was very peaceful and private. Inside is very comfortable, love how everything was decorated, it has everything needed for a great vacation. Very clean throughout and comfy beds. It was great having the canoes there too! James was a great host giving very clear instructions on everything and the surrounding area. I'd love to come back! Thank you for a much needed relaxing break away from everything
