Wonderful home to stay in! it is way bigger than we expected and was perfect after a long day of travel to relax in. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. Cheryl was wonderful and very accommodating for us!

What to write in such a small space! Kevin and Susie are precious folks. We got in late on our first night and Kevin helped carry our things upstairs. And chatted with us for a bit. Susie had made some AMAZING cookies for us. We loved the space of the apartment. It was clean, cozy and just as the pictures portrayed. The bed was so comfortable!!! We will definitely be staying here again. Roan Mountain is our me favorite place and Kevin and Susie have the best place to enjoy it! Thanks for having us ♥️

Had a wonderful stay here as my fiancé and I came down to Tennessee to celebrate our friend’s wedding. We loved the personal touches and attention to detail, such as the welcome note, coffee, toiletries, etc. We were amazed that we had such a clear view of the mountains, which was a beautiful surprise! Overall, everything went smoothly. We received clear instructions, helpful information, and quick responses from our host. It was an adorable, clean and cozy space, which made us feel instantly relaxed when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who visiting the area from out of town.

I enjoyed the stay. She had beautiful art work displayed in the house and I loved the decor. My son and I felt very safe a couple of evening we took walks in the neighborhood. Even though the place is located on a main street, it was a nice area to walk and enjoy the location.

This loft was perfect for my needs. It has everything you need for an amazing stay. Spotless and very comfortable. I will definitely stay next time I visit Kingsport. Jennifer is the ultimate host. I rented Ralph’s place for my son and myself as a little weekend getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was cozy and the views were incredible! Ralph is an excellent host. Very responsive and friendly.

We loved staying at Chimene’s place. The farm was so peaceful and quiet but we were not far from downtown Bristol! Chimene was an amazing host! She responded quickly and was very friendly when we interacted. She also gave us space and privacy. The animals on the property were an added bonus. The farm cat greeted us each time we arrived and was super sweet!

This home is exactly as advertised and our host, Hugo, was extremely responsive. The instructions were detailed and check out was a breeze without complicated to-do lists. The highlights of this listing for our family were the foosball table/ arcade games, peaceful dining room with wooded views and well appointed space (coffee maker with pods, extra towels/pillows/blankets, laundry pods, for pit, etc.). We would definitely return!

This property was comfortable, spacious and very welcoming. We appreciated how clean it was. It was perfect for our family, it was a lovely place to stay!

I was in town for a meeting and obvi the hotel options were limited. Andrew’s place was the perfect spot to lay my head. Super quick drive, like 1 minute, into town. There is a a fantastic grocery store within 10 minutes in the next town. An amazing steakhouse within 2 minutes. Many options for other places to eat, drink, and listen to music nearby.

I was looking for a place that was serene, toddler friendly, and with a view of the mountains. We definitely found it! We loved the simplicity of the place and having the basic necessities met. Our trip was in the Spring and the road was plenty accessible. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Just took my young girls there for their first time skiing and it was a great experience! Ian was very responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back! The views and accommodations were amazing!!

Absolutely stunning views. We had everything we needed to stay cozy when the winter storm came. The location is fabulous and very easy to get to the local restaurants. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table while watching the snow fall.

Great place to stay if you are wanting to ski Beech Mountain. Host was super responsive. Place was clean, beds were comfy. Not a chef’s kitchen, but workable. Super easy checkout procedures.

Great condo with plenty of space & at a great price. We were going to a wedding at Overlook Barn & it was super convenient to that location.

Oana was so accommodating and great to communicate with. I can't say enough nice things about her. And her place is cosy, well-appointed, quiet, and ideal if you're looking for ski-in/ski-out (snowboarding in our case) right on the slopes of Beech Mountain. We had breakfast on the deck, overlooking the slope, while watching deer graze beside us. We've stayed in a lot of spots on Beech over the years, and this was instantly one of our favorites. Can't wait to come back!
