We had an opportunity to stay at Jennifer’s place this past weekend. I have to say she was super responsive. The place was absolutely spotless, it was a great location as well. Would stay here again when coming back to Johnson City. Response time from the host was lightning quick, we had a nice little welcome package with a snack, which was much appreciated. It matched the photos on the listing perfectly and was spotlessly clean. Wish all hosts were as excellent as Jennifer is. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Janice was so friendly and helpful! She checked in with us to make sure we had all that we needed. Our trip was not one of leisure. We ended up being short on time and had to request an extra day to our stay, which I have never done before. She was so very kind and understanding and immediately replied, even going as far as to tell me what to do within the app, to request a change to our reservation. She has a knack for reaching out but not hovering. The property itself was absolutely an Oasis, which was just what we needed! We couldn’t have had a better host or property!!

Renee's place was a gorgeous haven in Johnson City during our time at the National Storytelling Festival--the home away from home, with a stunning lake, exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minute winding drive from Jonesborough, but you never wanted to leave when you saw the sun meet the horizon and reflect across that glassy water. Thanks so much, Renee, we had such a wonderful time revisiting Appalachia.

Michael's place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved that the bedrooms each had their own full bathrooms, especially nice since we traveled with another couple. Location was quiet and close to downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

Place was really nice and convenient for fishing on the watauga river. Clean, enough room for a couple guys and had a good round about driveway for my boat trailer.

Our stay at Bristol was phenomenal and unlike previous times due to the awesome condo that Sherri's maintains. Being located directly across from Bristol Motor Speedway was key. The condo was in perfect condition with all amenities included. The unit was very clean and organized. We were able to cook several meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Having a dryer available helped after the many hours of rain at the start of our trip. Sherri provided clear and concise instructions on everything. We really enjoyed our time in the condo and look forward to coming back for future races.

Fantastic condo right across from the Bristol Speedway. It was super clean, and beautifully decorated with high end furniture and fixtures. All three bedrooms had a full en-suite bathroom which was so convenient with 6 of us traveling together. Living room furniture was so comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we need to cook in all weekend. There aren’t a lot of restaurant choices around the Speedway, so being able to cook full meals and grill out on the pool deck was a huge plus for us. Paul was a great host. We won’t stay anywhere else in the future if this place is available.

Great location close to Beech Mountain. The unit itself was pristine and everything was as listed. The "sleeps 6" is tight. The sleeper sofa will sleep 2 small kids or an adult and a child, but it would be difficult to get 2 adults on it. I would rent this unit again. It met all of our needs and it was perfect for our ski trip.

We stayed at Karen’s place for a music festival at the Bristol Motor Speedway. Super convenient to the event (within walking distance). We loved the cleanliness and top notch amenities. Everything you would ever need is provided. Karen is a very thoughtful host who knows what guests might need and provides it plus more! Very comfy beds, luxurious linens and fully stocked kitchen. The condo was pristinely clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 5 + stars
