The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.
This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

The rail station can be located 100 meters away and the town’s high street; many shops, restaurants and historical sights are within close proximity. Venturing slightly further afield, the Royal’s Sandringham House is a few miles out the town centre, and the beautiful North Norfolk Seaside can be found a half hours’ drive away.

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.

This special place is in the town centre of Kings Lynn so is walking distance to most attractions. The apartment is housed inside a unique building built in 1850, originally a savings bank. Home away from home you have access to a full kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, king size bed. Please note this is my home and I live here with my two dogs Mon to Thurs. Many of my personal possessions are left here whilst I am away.
