Enter into tranquility in this beautifully decorated home only 2 1/2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, NC! Sitting perfectly on the green of hole #3 of the Inland Greens Golf Course, which is a challenging par 3 course. Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

This cute cottage is great for a family or group getaway. Spotlessly clean!! FULLY equipped kitchen including spices, condiments, oil and butter. Enjoy morning coffee in the screened in porch or relax on the shaded back patio in the afternoon. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Centrally located and just 12 minutes from Wilmington's downtown, 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries and 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. Located in a middle class neighborhood.

Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard.
