Olivia’s Airbnb was just what we needed for a quick overnighter before heading to Margate for a floating sauna! Super comfy beds! Only thing would be more parking spots needed, as only space for 1 car so any others have to park on street. Thanks heaps Olivia :-)

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

Thank you so much Marshall for welcoming and accommodating us into your space. Perks : the bed is sooo comfortable and the view from the room is stunning. Marshall is very kind and considerate. He was barely around and left us enough space to nearly feel we had the place to ourselves! We recommend having a car if picking this place, although the bus station is just down the road and uber is very cheap. The apartment is smallish but very cute and very clean. Just like it looks into the photos. We enjoyed our stay and we are so grateful for Marshall’s accommodation ❤️

Quite possibly the best rental units and location in Kingston Beach. Very well appointed, spacious and only 2 min walk to the beach. 20 mins to the centre of Hobart and 5 mins to the shops/supermarkets of Kingston.

Our white wallaby shack stay was just perfect. So peaceful and private. Fully fenced for our pups. The house was so cozy. The spa bath was heaven. A different stay for me, being on crutches due to a knee injury. The house was very accessible with a ramp. Julia was lovely to communicate with.

Wow what an amazing view, sitting in the sunroom in the morning looking out across the bay having a cup of tea was so relaxing. This house is very well located to explore this gorgeous island and has every amenity you would need to stay for an extended period of time. It truly is a Bruny Island gem and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here.

I really like staying at this property. Lovely view, nice and clean, comfortable. It gave a nice feeling of 'I'm home'.

We had an absolutely pleasant stay at Leo’s place. The home had everything we could need and Leo was very easy to communicate with. It’s walkable distance from the beach and a few minutes drive away from city centre. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful views and lovely backyard. Nicely laid out and very spacious home. Only reason for giving a four for cleanliness is due to the condition of the kitchen frying pans and some of the appliances not being clean. However, not a big deal and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay, such a homey feel, all amenities needed especially in the kitchen, short walk to beach, feels like its own private little oasis, would definitely recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

We enjoyed our stay, the time went to quickly. We would stay at Brian's Place again.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.
