Private suite vacation rentals in Kingborough Council

The farmhouse was a perfect place for me to stay while visiting my daughter in Margate. I was able to visit Hobart, Margate and Snug during my stay. The 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and mattress warmers and panel heaters in the bedrooms kept us warm. As well as a heater in the bathroom. Wildlife provided photo opportunities outside grounds in the morning and evening and dark skies provided lots of night stargazing. My 5 year old granddaughter had plenty of room to play in the living area. The welcoming hosts left homemade bread and jam as well as other special goods so I did not have to run to the store. This is my 2nd stay here and it was perfect for visiting with my family.

Maggie and Gary, a lovely couple from the UK, along with their adorable and friendly dog, made our trip to Hobart truly special. The breathtaking ocean view from the room was absolutely stunning, and their homemade jam was simply delicious. We had such a wonderful time staying at their place and would love to return in the future. Looking forward to staying in the same beautiful home again!

Robert is a great host. Very thoughtful and precise in the arrangement . You will feel Like a guest after you drive in to his place. The view from the patio is magnificent and his cat Frankie is an added attraction for cat lovers . A note . the cat will not come to your unit it always stays inside ( For those who don’t like cats , you will never see Frankie) . Loved the place , going to stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we’ve been in their joint and it’s really the best place so far if you’re after nature and the like. It’s so peaceful and quiet as well. Their joint is 10 minutes or less from the CBD. We notified them on the day of our check in that we’ll be arriving early in the evening and to our surprise when we got there, the heater was already turned on. It was already warm inside. And Chris called in to check on us if we got everything we need and the like. I didn’t get the chance to see him during our previous stay due to a sudden commitment that ended coming back late. He’s a very nice bloke. Again, we have plans of coming back to Tassie probably by end of the year or early next year and will definitely avail their cozy and beautiful home. 😊

A wonderful, clean and amazing place, made even better by having Roz as a host. Very few people are as helpful and warm, she'll be there when you need but have all the privacy possible. Roz is always thinking of things that could make your stay better, I believe this will only be an option until June so use it while you can!

It was a lovely stay at this beautiful house with a breathtaking view! Place was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It had a beautiful garden and you will be surprised with kangaroos visiting right in-front of the house. Tina and Son were responsive and very supportive throughout our stay and accommodated our change of plans. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. Will definitely visit again!

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy, home-like Airbnb! The place was spotless, with a beautiful bathroom that felt like a little retreat. Despite the rainy, foggy weather, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host - Michael was absolutely lovely,super friendly and even came out in the rain to greet us upon arrival, which made us feel so welcomed. Highly recommend!

We had a delightful stay, enjoying the beautiful property and local walks as well as the stunning and extensive gardens and nursery next door. We appreciate attention to detail at Edenlight and touches like fresh cut flowers in the room and bathroom & a fire laid and ready for us. We also appreciated the local knowledge and tips. I stayed 3 nights at this airbnb and i really really enjoyed it. It’s clean ( as in spotless!!! I am very impressed), it’s stylish ( you can tell the host has taste and a certain standard), the location is in a very safe and prestigious area ( on top of a hill in sunny bay with beautiful surroundings), the amenities are all equipped and are true to descriptions ( we cooked there and used the washing machine as well). The host is super helpful and gave us so much recommendations and even gifted us with a free cheese / fruits platter and a bottle of wine and milk and biscuits. I love them all! I also got the chance to meet the host in person as she lives right next door, feel very cosy! I highly recommend this place!!:) thank you anna for everything!!

Sholeh’s accommodation is exactly as described, clean and warm. In a quiet neighbourhood, with beautiful views. Easy drive to airport, Hobart etc. Would stay again

Location was about 5 k from city centre but the view was just amazing, streets surrounding were quiet so made for a peaceful stay. Everything in Tassie is just around the corner, would love to stay again and experience all 4 seasons. Did I mention the view? Unit was roomy but cozy, Everything we needed. Thanks for your hospitality. Will be back next trip.

It was a lovely and memorable stay. The booking, pre check in and post check out was seamless and a breeze. Louisa is a responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean, spacious kitchen and amenities of the apartment. Cooked our 1st lunch and enjoyed the peace and quiet the place has to offer. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gem in Sandy Bay! The views over Hobart are just breathtaking — we couldn't get enough of the scenery. The place itself was spotless and so comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home. Appliances and amenities were top notch. I have to give a special shout-out to the toaster. It made us question our life choices about our sad little toaster back home! Every detail in the place was so thoughtfully curated, making our stay feel extra special. Would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a view that you’ll never want to leave. Can't wait to return!
