It was a great place to stay if you want to experience the Tasmanian countryside but remain a short drive from Hobart. What stood out where the spacious bedrooms with walk in wardrobe, large country style kitchen with a new gas oven/cooktop and a range of high quality appliances. The house was located on a nice property.

The Moorings was a wonderful apartment, in a great location. Very comfortable, cosy and stylish. And Tricia was a fantastic host - very thoughtful and helpful. Looking forward to staying again on our next visit.

We really enjoyed staying @ Lord's Rest (especially enjoyed the quality massage chair) The apartment was tastefully decorated & everything we needed was provided. Paul gave us some good tips re: lookouts etc. Highly recommended!

Olivia’s Airbnb was just what we needed for a quick overnighter before heading to Margate for a floating sauna! Super comfy beds! Only thing would be more parking spots needed, as only space for 1 car so any others have to park on street. Thanks heaps Olivia :-)

Perfect apartment for an extended stay in Hobart, Sandy Bay is a lovely quiet spot only 5 mins by car and 30 mins by foot to the CBD, all you need is in the local shops just around the corner. Enjoyed the space and felt very comfortable for the couple of us, something to think about being an old block the hot water runs out quick, other then that the split system gave beautiful heat during the cold winter nights.

The place was cozy and comfortable, and the host was super responsive and helpful. The location was great too – close to everything I needed. The only issue was the hot water, which was a bit limited during our stay. But overall, everything else was smooth and enjoyable!

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

We enjoy the excellent view, parking in house on a guarded gate and the house is spacious and warm. Highly recommended to all the people who like to visit Hobart. Thank you by much and hope we could be back again 🥰

Jo's place was perfect for our 2 night stay at Adventure Bay. We were performers in the Australia Day Event at Adventure Bay and the accommodation was ideal to kick back and relax when not at the event. Jo's place felt private, relaxed and the yummy breakfast was well appreciated. Highly recommended.

Nel's place was an excellent home for us for four days while we explored Dark Mofo in Hobart. It wasn't right in the centre of town, being maybe 10-12 minutes easy drive, but the trade off of a peaceful street with amazing water views and the sounds of the ocean at night was well worth it. A lovely little comfy space with all we needed, including easy parking right out the front. Thanks Nel!

The most stunning incredible stay. Ben’s place was just as beautiful as the photos! We loved the open space and the great read of all the economical features the place presented. It was quiet, peaceful and just what we needed. The breakfast was a lovely touch and we made the most of the extra provisions for purchase. We will definitely recommend to others and be back again ourselves 🤩

I want to say it was awful so that it’ll be free next time I want to book it. But that’s not fair, everyone should get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet location away from the main roads, gorgeous views from the hot tub on the balcony. Simple, cosy accomodation that was exactly what I was after. Sean was super communicative prior to the stay and everything was so well explained I didn’t need him again except to let him know that regretfully, my stay was over. 10/10, thanks Sean for making such a special place available.

This was our 3rd stay and it delivered once again! The stunning cabins are complimented by the beautiful breakfast which sets you up for a great day of exploring! A must stay if visiting Bruny Island. Thanks so much Jo!

Her instructions are clear, information is detailed and she is very responsible before and during the stay. The spa is a highlight! Great location with nice beaches and also amenities within a short drive. Best value for money!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!
