The Devonshire Suite, Buxton Private Parking Inc.

PhilipRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The first thing you notice about this apartment in Buxton is how beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean it is. All very fresh and tasteful which makes it very easy to feel at home. I loved the nightlights that popped on too! The location was brilliant. A minute or so’s walk to some great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the Tap Room, Sock & Buskin cocktail bar, Santiago’s (tapas) and Simply Thai. Also Cavendish Pizza is an easy quick meal. The gardens, opera house and crescent are all very close too. We had a morning at the spa and could see the apartment from the outside pool! As expected with a location so close to things, there is some noise at night. It was warm weather so there were quite a lot of people drinking outside and being loud until midnight. We put the bedroom fan on which drowned it out a bit though. Top tip - when loading/unloading your car you can open a window in the front room and pass your bags through!

A large Victorian building is captured, showcasing its elegant architecture and multiple bay windows. A well-maintained lawn stretches in front, bordered by shrubs. A gravel pathway leads to a parking area with visible cars, emphasizing the availability of off-road parking.

2 Limehurst - Central Buxton Spacious Apartment

DavidRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The flat was pristine in every respect. Nothing could have been better. When a light bulb blew in the toilet, I messaged Elizabeth and, even though she was away on holiday herself, she immediately came back to me and gave me access to the locked cupboard where I found a new light bulb and replaced it myself. This is an outstanding Airbnb for anyone wanting to explore this lovely town. I give it 11/10. We did notice that the handrail down the outside steps to the property was broken. The steps are steep so, whoever is responsible for maintaining that area should get that fixed. Also we wondered if the wall socket just behind the lounge door was working. My wife tried charging her phone from it and it didn’t seem to charge. Maybe Elizabeth might want to check it. We’ll be back. Well done Elizabeth. You are a professional and thoughtful host. Thanks. We cannot recommend you more highly. We hope to actually meet you next time! Best wishes from David and Frances.

Peak District Cottage HotTub & Sauna

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is so beautiful, it’s a real treat. Claire is a great host couldn’t have asked for better. There’s nothing she’s missed. It’s so beautifully clean, we had a beautiful hamper, she even gave us gluten free and diary free items which was amazing. Claire also sent us lots of places to go and places to eat which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Tack Room

The Tack Room is a little peaceful gem on a quiet farm with beautiful surroundings and a short drive from fabulous places to visit. Peter was very helpful with an issue I had which was resolved very quickly. We had a very peaceful stay and felt very at home. Thank you 😊

Cosy cottage in the heart of the Peak District

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an amazing stay in this lovely property. Stunning views from propery and very peaceful location to come back to after a day exploring/hiking all the close by attractions such as Buxton, Mam Tor, NT Longshaw. Met up with friends at RHS Bridgewater a bit further afield but worth a visit. Kitchen well equipped and spacious and enjoyed cooking with the view towards Rushup Edge. This was particularly spectacular with the recent strawberry moon in full view.

Ewe’s Rest - Peak District

MichelleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I booked this for my daughter’s 24th birthday treat. She had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the thoughtful touches of birthday flowers and card were really kind. I would definitely?recommend it to others
