Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Newly renovated cottage on Finnskogen

Relax in our charming cabin and surroundings on mysterious Finnskogen overlooking Skasensjøen. The cabin has a large forest plot (2.7 goals) in a very quiet area 300 meters from the beach and 500 meters to Skasenden eatery with rental of canoe and pedal boat. The cabin has a completely newly renovated kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms with a 120 bed in each room with space for up to 4 people. The cottage has its own well, indoor water and water toilet. The cabin is in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and the possibility of launching a boat.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy cottage with the forest around the corner. Small toilet in the main building and separate service building with wood sauna, relax, shower, toilet and washing machine. Quiet and secluded location - here the kids can play freely. Good opportunities for skiing on hiking. Marked snowmobile trail about 150 meters from the cabin. Information about the manager can be obtained at Nordvärmland's snowmobile club. There is Wifi. Finnskogleden goes through the village and Långberget offers an extensive system of ski tracks.

Villa Granhede -sjöläge with hot tub, fireplace, etc.

In Lekvattnet's wilderness, Villa Granhede is in a wonderful location with its own lake plot and dock at Lekvattnetsjön. Here you can bathe in a wood-fired hot tub and light a fire in the fire pit right down by the lake. Fish by the house or in one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike the 7 Torpsleden trail, about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding directly on the property, ice skating or ice fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski slopes just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Ski slopes only 100 meters away provide access to Blåenga and Vestmarka in the winter, while the summer offers great hiking trails and good fishing opportunities in nearby waters. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.
