Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kinda Municipality

We had a great time! A lot of privacy. Enjoyed lake, boat and sauna a lot. Nice good equipped house and stunning location.

One of a greatest holidays! A nice, well kept house with the most beautiful view ever! The children loved the sheep, cats and chicken (and also the horses, which spent also some time in the area). We had very lovely hosts, with whom we fished crawfish in the night and who invited us to taste them. We were allowed to use kayak and rowboat, what has been the guarantee for many entertaining hours on the lake. Finally, the weather has been on our side. Thank you, Elisabeth and Jörgen for this perfect time, 12 points for Sweden!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to nature, stay in the most beautiful house and explore both nature and Astrid Lindgren's world. Håkan's houses are beautiful and well-maintained, and it felt a bit like living in a museum. We were 8 children and 7 adults, and everyone had a great time fishing and exploring the huge grounds. Huge recommendation. We will definitely come back.

We were allowed to stay in the house last week and felt very welcome. Already at the time of booking a pleasant and accessible contact with the owner. The house is beautiful and neatly cared for. The location is also nice, minutes from the supermarket and close to all kinds of activities.

Super cozy cottage in a quiet rural setting! Perfect for families with children as the plot is fenced! There were swings, trampoline and other fun outdoor activities! Inside, it was spacious and fresh, as well as good toys and games for all ages! We would be happy to come back and can highly recommend this to others! They're about 18 minutes away from Astrid Lindringsvärd! ♥️

Beautiful location and such an awesome cottage with a great outdoor space for hanging out and playing. It was clean and just as pictured. Ultimate was super communicative and helpful with lots of clear information for arrival, etc.

We are very happy with our stay! The house is incredibly nice by the lake with a cozy swimming area right nearby where the children enjoyed it. Great lovely places to hang out many with very nice surroundings. As a host, Maria is very accommodating and nice! Responds quickly to messages about various concerns. Quiet residential neighborhood near the University. Good public transport connections to the city center that is not very close. Very friendly guest and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, in fact there was also soap, shampoo, detergents and the basics for cooking. Everything described in the listing is present and working. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are a minute's walk away. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience, especially in relation to the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable foothold near the University.

We had a very nice week in Bart's Villa Kunterbunt. Our 2-year-old son loved the garden and the play area in the attic with play kitchen and wooden train. The house is small but well suited for 3 people. There was a baby travel bed for our son, as he was still too small to sleep in the alcove. Bart was very kind and helpful, phoned us before arrival and explained everything to us. The house is a bit lonely, there are only a few neighboring houses. Nearby there is a lake with a beautiful swimming area, it is 15 minutes to Eksjö and an elk park, and about 50 minutes to Vinmerby, Katthult and Bullerbyn. We will be happy to come back!

An incredibly large and beautiful apartment, with a super nice bathroom, large and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment even has a pool table, 2 seating areas and a dining table that matched the number of people. We were 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, both in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. I have stayed in hotel rooms, etc. with overall less space than there is in the bathroom, which is more like a ballroom, with a 2-person jacuzzi, a nice shower niche and even a large sauna. Frida is very helpful, thoughtful and kind. Absolutely recommended for a trip with the family in Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

A nice house that suited us as a family with children perfectly! Very bright in the morning, however, no possibility of blackout of windows so there was no sleeping in the morning. We are still completely satisfied! :)

We enjoyed Stubbegården very much! A nice and fresh accommodation with all the amenities. Beautiful surroundings and Åsa responded quickly and was very helpful. Highly recommend and will be happy to return

We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa in the middle of nature. There is a lake behind the house and in front of the house you can walk directly into the forest. Perfect! Big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. They also had a wonderful vacation! The house is spacious and comfortable. Ingatorp is a quiet and idyllic place. Nearby, there is a lot to do and see. Everything was in the house and there are two bathrooms. In summary, wonderful house!

Me and my partner plus some friends needed a place quickly and booked this the day before check-in. It was very easy to check in as the host didn't have to be on site to let you in. It was clean and had great amenities at a very good price. Would really recommend it!

Thank you so much to Thomas for lending us a beautiful house surrounded by the most beautiful nature. The house had EVERYTHING and Thomas was a very hospitable and helpful host! The location was perfect for walks in the surrounding nature and a visit to the charming town of Eksjö is highly recommended. We also visited Astrid Lingren's World, a big hit with both big and small! We hope we can borrow your place another time!

We had a wonderful time in Johan's house. The house and garden are very large and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. Johan and Anna were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable!

Åsa's house is very charming, with a lovely conservatory where you can sit and enjoy yourself when it rains, lots of games for the garden and nice kitchen all the room. There were fresh flowers when we arrived and Åsa was very flexible with respect to special wishes. Åsa is a very attentive host and the house had everything you need in a home. A warm recommendation from us.

We were with three children for a week in the wonderful house of Rikard. It is a very nicely furnished house with everything you need. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the lake from the terraces. Clear recommendation.
