The farmhouse at Falla school is located 25 kilometers north of Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house is located on our property and has two floors. Here you will live in a lovely rural village environment. The farmhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a sauna with relaxation room. You have access to a large fenced garden and a large terrace with wooden floors. A few minutes' walk away there is a child-friendly swimming area with a jetty. The farmhouse is suitable for both children and adults. Here you can enjoy scenic surroundings with nice hiking opportunities.

The house, which is newly renovated and modernly decorated, is located about 25 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby and about 50 minutes from Västervik and the Småland archipelago. It offers all amenities and from the garden a path leads to the magical forest, a place for children and adults, for play and contemplation. Boat in its own small lake is included and a child-friendly swimming area can be reached in 10 minutes.

Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. Our summer cottage is located in the middle of Smålands nature near the small community of Locknevi, 27km from Vimmerby. The property is located on a very quiet rural road from where you can take wonderful bike tours and hikes in our picture book landscape. The next lake with a beach is 5 km away and the Baltic Sea is easy to reach by car.
