Καλώς ήλθατε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο μας, όπου ολοκληρώθηκε τον Ιανουάριο του '24. Μοντέρνος χώρος με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο κρεβάτι και πολυτελές μπάνιο με λεπτομερή ντουζιέρα. Ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι για απόλαυση του πρωινού καφέ.Το κατάλυμα βρίσεται 5' λεπτά απο το κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια, στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει supermarket μεγάλης γνωστής αλυσίδας.Ανυπομονούμε να σας υποδεχτούμε και να ζήσετε από κοντά την εμπειρία μας,ελπίζοντας πως θα σας κάνει να επιστρέψετε στο μέλλον.

On the ground floor there is an open space, with a kitchen, living room - dining room, 1 bathroom & 1 wc. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a single bed and a sofa - bed in the upper living room. THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE FLOOR. The house has central heating. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding streets and squares

A great place to stay at! The house was clean, comfy and spacious and could easily fit 6 people. The children enjoyed the yard around the house - with plenty of greenery and trees, and an outside dining area. Our host Diamantis was always at our disposal, responsive and friendly. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful studio ergonomically designed,spotless in the Old Town of Xanthi very close to shops and restaurants. Parking was super easy at a 2 min distance from the house Chousein was very informative in everything we needed . I highly recommend him.

We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

Xanthi Centre Apartment

New sparkling apartment. The single beds - couches were not open and made. The bed in the kitchen is short, and we discovered the day we were leaving that it opens and it's wider. In the double bed we did a nice sleep. The TV is big, although we didn't have time to see. The host (we didn't meet him) instantly brought what we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, although we only prepared breakfast. I would like white and cotton linens. White to show how clean and ironed they are, and cotton because cotton is more hygienic. But it's something that's made instantly and the apartment will be excellent. When we go back to Xanthi we will definitely choose it.
