York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Ideal location for family/ friends reunions & Hen/Stag parties welcome.

Originally this was my parents ‘granny flat’ which benefits from wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower shower with grab handles.
