Our place is only 4.6km from the Dublin/Westport train line and close to Knock & Shannon airports (31km & 135km). Located only 4.7km from the local town Claremorris, which has boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, & great sports facilities (tennis, equestrian, gym and indoor pool, athletics track, etc). A good base for visitors who wish to explore Connemara & the West of Ireland while still feeling the comfort of home. Suitable for couples, adventurers, business travellers, and families.

An ideal location to use as a base for the wild Atlantic way with Galway, Westport, Sligo less than an hours drive away. 15 km to Knock airport, 3 km to knock, 2 to Claremorris. The house offers 2 living areas, spacious kitchen\dining room, 3 beds, 2 bath. The house offers a mix of modern and traditional features, with fully equipped kitchen, wood burner, oil central heating, WiFi and modern amenities.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

The Little (Wee) House

Delightful one bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen/sitting room. The bathroom has a walk in shower. WiFi. Parking , and use of garden furniture. It is located behind our house in the back garden but your privacy is always respected. Ideally located in the picturesque town of Boyle with only a 3 minute walk from shops, restaurants and friendly local pubs. Located 5km from the stunning Lough Key Forest Park facility. Boyle has many attractions like the Abbey and King House.

OMG!The Golden Egg

The Golden Egg is a totally unique concept inspired by the age-old question: what came first, the chicken or the egg??? Guests will stay in a cabin designed to look like an egg!!!! Inside, The Golden Egg celebrates a chicken and egg inspired decor. Outside, meet our chickens!! Guests are encouraged to hand select freshly laid eggs for their breakfast in the morning. The Granary - with alpacas!

As the name suggests, this property is a converted granary which is located on our farm. Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a farm stay. We have sheep, horses, hens, a dog, a pig and two alpacas which can be seen on Quarryfield Farm Experience's social media pages. Less than 2km from the village of Bunninadden. 8km from Tubbercurry where the hit TV series Normal People was filmed!
