Vacation rentals with beach access in Kill Devil Hills

We cannot say enough great things about our stay! Believe all of the amazing reviews— there is definitely a reason Pat and Chuck have so many! Pat was extremely welcoming and began communicating prior to our stay. She was prompt and was waiting for us when we pulled in. Chuck was just as friendly and so easy to sit and have conversations with. They welcomed you in with open arms. The place was so clean and smelled wonderful! It may not be the biggest of spaces, but it was perfect for two and Pat literally thought of EVERYTHING you could need during your stay. Forgot your toothpaste? She’s got it. Forgot your sunscreen? She’s got it. Need a beach chair or extra towel? She’s got those too! Need a snack? There’s plenty and a couple drinks also! Looking for recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc? She’s got folders with everything for you to look through. We cannot wait to visit again! Hands down the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Thanks again Pat & Chuck!!

Tiffany was super gracious, and very accommodating host with a lovely comfortable and peaceful place in a fantastic location to get to the beach and nice restaurants. Her back yard is a sanctuary like setting to relax.

The location of this Airbnb was perfect and Gia the host provided ample recommendations and helpful information making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. This little apartment was a fantastic size. It was wonderfully well appointed and had all the things we needed to make her stay comfortable. The added benefit of the fire pit and the kayaks were such a wonderful addition to our trip. The kayak launch being half a mile away was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This was my first stay through Airbnb and it was a great experience! Monica was a wonderful host. She stayed in contact with us giving us helpful directions for a smooth check in and check out. Very clean, cozy feeling space.

We loved staying at this space! Jess and Derik were amazing hosts and wonderful to talk to! The space was cozy and felt at home. The details inside added to the aesthetic of the space. Travis’s place was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway! It was perfectly located (2 minute walk to the beach, quick drive to many great restaurants), and very clean. We would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip so relaxing and convenient. The home was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival so much smoother. What really stood out were the thoughtful amenities—not just for us, but for our pup, Bentley, too! It’s clear they truly care about all their guests, both human and furry. Bentley felt right at home, and so did we. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beach getaway with great accommodations and pet-friendly touches. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lots of space, clean, and beautiful. There were discounts for a number of local businesses, and the location was perfect for beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Katie’s place is the perfect little beach house for a relaxing vacation! You are steps from the beach and in a quiet area. The house was spotless and one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The host quickly responds to any questions. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!

We loved our time at Wright On! The space was perfect for our family of five. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We really appreciated being able to borrow the beach gear (wagon, buckets, boogie boards) and having the beach towels on hand! It simplified our packing which was a HUGE blessing! The house is in walking distance to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants, the Wright Memorial, the movie theater, etc. We hope to book this property again in the future!!

Our family has stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and this cute house was the most well equipped, comfortable, and vacation ready we have stayed at. I highly recommend both for the responsiveness of the host and the location and comfort of the house. Nothing bad to say about our experience. This house has easy access to the beach, about a three minute walk. The host provided a wagon and beach chairs, and toys for the beach making our stay with teenage girls amazing and easy. We were close to many places to eat, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and a grocery store was right across the street. I highly recommend this house for a family stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The hostess provided a few essentials that was amazing. We didn’t have to buy. The house was clean and well kept.

Whitney was a great host, very proactive, had clear instructions on checking in and responsive. This is a great location, the pool was perfect and had plenty of chairs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. We enjoyed our stay!!

Dave's place is amazing! The listing is exactly as described, and was perfect for our family of 4. Communication with Dave was thorough and timely. The location is excellent, with a view of the ocean from the front porch. We loved the sliding door in the master bedroom that allowed us to walk right out onto the porch. It's so close to the beach! Less than a 1 min walk and you're on the sand! I've never stayed in a more well stocked Airbnb! Everything from extra linens to toiletries is provided! Beach supplies and all! We walked to dinner, or drove less than 10 mins to some great places. We already decided we want to book a longer trip next summer! It was fantastic!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

Beautiful condo that is right on the water. The view from the balcony is worth staying at this condo. There is easy beach access and the condo is clean. It is the perfect size and location for a beach getaway. Gene is extremely friendly and responsive as well.

Great location within steps to the beautiful Outer Banks beaches. Steve's place is comfortable, stylishly decorated, and so close to the ocean that you can fall asleep to the waves crashing upon the beach at night!

I really appreciated the communication I had with Dave as we definitely walked to the local grill next-door and had an amazing dinner! I thought it was a great location, could see the ocean and sunrises and public access to the beach was just a short walk! It was great. Thanks Dave!
