Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Coastal Oasis OBX is a ground-level studio featuring a comfy king bed, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, kitchenette, Keurig, beach chairs, and a private patio. Just a 9-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the beach, with free public parking and access nearby. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you’re minutes from OBX favorites like TRIO, Outer Banks Brewing Station, Jack Brown’s, Kill Devil’s Custard, Chili Peppers, Josephine’s, and Pony & The Boat, Avalon Pier, & mini golf. The space is BIG, bright, clean and spacious! We really enjoy hosting so we love to provide as much extra as possible. Private key code entrance so no need to keep up with keys! Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% cotton and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

How does it work? Simply make your reservation for 5 or more nights, send us a message to let us know you qualify for the special, and we will deduct the rate of the lowest priced rented night. Rent 5 nights? Pay for 4. Rent 7 nights? Pay for 6, etc. (The free night must be used during the same stay.)

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The interior is stylishly decorated with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. It has a full kitchen with almost everything you can think of, with a large dining room table and kitchen island. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new!
