A peace full home in a quiet neighborhood. Secure fenced compound with security guard, free parking in the compound. Covered porch to enjoy the gardens and nice climate. Ground floor: two self contained bedrooms, living room, kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge, store and public bathroom. On first floor two additional rooms and big open space. Had a good stay at Victoria's place. it's a beautiful garden house with lots of flowers,giving a very calm feel.The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood,so if you are looking for quiet,it is the place to be. Jackson was a very friendly and super nice contact. He speaks perfect English, was always available immediately and gave great information about the area at all times, restaurants and we just runs in Moshi. From Materuni Waterfall, Kilimanjaro Trekking and Lake Chala. The property is a little off the beaten path. We were on the way by car and enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion. The unobstructed view of Kilimanjaro and sunset could not have been better. There is a local shop just around the corner where you get the most necessary and that at a local price. From beer to pasta, water, etc. The locals are all super friendly and helpful people, and we just felt safe and in good hands here. The space is super clean with a great modern kitchen and a giant chill couch. Even without air conditioning, the apartment is super ventilated and at night it is not too hot at 20 degrees anyway. Thanks to Jackson we will be back...
