Friendly place

Israel was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the very beginning. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. His communication was fast and helpful, which made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area was perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exceeded all our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Very calm and very pleasant

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The host and staff made the experience effortless and seamless, going above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. The location is perfect—private, peaceful, and just what I was looking for. I truly wish my stay was longer because everything was so great. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

My group and I needed a getaway, and this stay was exactly that. It offered a somewhat secluded feel while still being conveniently located—just 7 to 10 minutes from businesses and near the university—making it a perfect fit for us. The home was nice, and overall, we had a great stay. I have to commend the host for their responsiveness; there were a few minor issues, but they addressed them promptly and to the best of their ability. Communication was excellent, and they made a great effort to ensure my group and I enjoyed our time. I would definitely book with them again. Just a heads-up: the last 5 minutes of the drive to the house are on unfinished roads due to ongoing development in the area, so be prepared for that.

The house is extremely beautiful and looks just like the photos. Just minor things to work on like nets and fan as Kigali can be very hot. I never got to met him personally but I felt right at home in kigali. Thank you for the prompt response. I would recommend this place to those visiting kigali Rwanda

très jolie maison dans un endroit calme et accueillant, facile d'accès et proche des commerces (Sonatube) seul point négatif il n'y a pas une boisson, bouteilles d'eau et quelques fruits pour l'accueil, surtout si vous arrivez de nuit mais cela reste un petit problème dans la location en général

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and secure. The view of the golf course was spectacular. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

All Semanywa's listed amenities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is perfect for an evening swim and the place is just so peaceful and private. The house manager was extremely helpful and even though there was a communication barrier, she and Semanywa made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali and need both serenity and reasonable proximity from Kigali Center.

Tyler as a host went above and beyond in every way in a relaxed and chilled out way! He is helpful with local culture, transport, and tourism sights. The pool was a cool reprieve anytime of the day. His accommodation was a safe haven during our stay in Kigali. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. The apartment is in a great location and has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Amy was always helpful as was Jackson. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kigali.

THE LOCATION IS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY! it is 15 minute drive to the east (!) of the airport otherwise: the place was great overall, explicitly because the staff is so helpful! they got us a car for rent, they did our laundry, they brought everything we wanted right to our door. place is very clean, nothing to complain.

We enjoyed our stay at Lexor apartments. Martin and his team were extremely responsive to all our requests and everything generally worked fine. We will definitely stay here again 100%

Second séjour dans ce logement avec une durée un peu plus longue. Le logement : Toujours identique au photo , propre et bien rangé, vaisselle impeccable, belle décoration et un extérieur reposant. Un vrai délice de se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux. L’emplacement : c’est juste parfait si vous souhaitez vraiment découvrir Kigali de jour comme de nuit. Ce logement est à distance de presque tous les lieux d’intérêt à seulement 1km ou 5 km maximum ( convention center, Kigali Heights, Kigali golf , les parcs comme KIMIHUHURA GARDEN etc …) Si vous aimez sortir le soir ou faire des brunch de qualité je vous recommande L’ATELIER DU VIN qui est à 10 min du logement Si vous êtes un amoureux de l’art : NIYOARTS est l’endroit parfait 10 min du logement Et pour finir si vous voulez déguster un excellent café dans toute sa splendeur je vous recommande le KIVU NOIR CAFÉ à 10-15 min du logement. Je pourrais citer pleins d’exemples, mais le message essentiel à retenir est RÉSERVEZ UN SÉJOUR

Uzeema’s place was very spacious and clean. Uzeema was always responsive whenever I reached out to her. The checkin process was very easy.

Really great stay in Kimihurura. A lot of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. Monique and David were really responsive and proactive with communication. We felt really welcomed in their place and highly recommend their airbnb as a place to stay in Kigali.

Very pleasant home with a lovely garden, it's an island of peace an relaxation. You can order different meals, they are delicious and variated thanks to James, a high skilled cooker. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There are also interesting paintings of Rwandan artists. What I appreciated most is to enjoy the entire property (house + garden). It's also easy to get a motorbike taxi to go to town or to the neighbouring shops. Good luck and success to Kaba Guesthouse team!

Good place to consider when looking for quiet environment to enjoy your vacation. The host and the staff are responsive and flexible to discuss any matter. I really recommend this stay!!

Besides language barriers everything else was perfect but I have to tell you that it’s not any close to the city and transport costs in Rwanda are quite high otherwise the house was gorgeous and good for pics 🤭

Michael was a very good host. He is very respectful and is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay at his place, the neighborhood is so beautiful, the house was clean and matched the pictures. The only thing that made our stay a bit difficult is that the location is a bit far from the big city. But overall, we had a great experience, I definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the modern minimalist apartment near the kigali airport. The hospitality was exceptional—our host (Ndungutse) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The staff were equally courteous and responsive, making sure all our needs were promptly met. The property itself is situated in a serene and peaceful environment, providing the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The host recommended fun activities and local hangouts for us which added so much to our experience and helped us enjoy the native culture in such an authentic way. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the level of care and attention given to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and well-hosted place to stay.
