Sophie was really warm and receptive during our communication from when we booked her space. She had a wonderful caretaker on site called Donnata who was always willing to help and kept the place squeaky clean. I will definitely be coming back to this place in my next visit to Rwanda.

The house is very good, Christophe is always there for helping, he is friendly. and the house is clean, secured, and quiet area. I happy with what I have got.

Elyane's place is really perfect. The value for money is great. 5 minutes from the city center and its restaurants. The security is spotless with the security guard always present on the ground. The beds were comfy apart from the pillows which were really too hard. The place is quiet and we had no issues.

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and secure. The view of the golf course was spectacular. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

All Semanywa's listed amenities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is perfect for an evening swim and the place is just so peaceful and private. The house manager was extremely helpful and even though there was a communication barrier, she and Semanywa made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali and need both serenity and reasonable proximity from Kigali Center.

Tyler as a host went above and beyond in every way in a relaxed and chilled out way! He is helpful with local culture, transport, and tourism sights. The pool was a cool reprieve anytime of the day. His accommodation was a safe haven during our stay in Kigali. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Amy's place almost for a year and we had an awesome time. Great host, great location, great apartment with all you need, Jackson the helper is awesome. Busy gym and pool side cafe/ restaurant next door.

THE LOCATION IS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY! it is 15 minute drive to the east (!) of the airport otherwise: the place was great overall, explicitly because the staff is so helpful! they got us a car for rent, they did our laundry, they brought everything we wanted right to our door. place is very clean, nothing to complain.

We enjoyed our stay at Lexor apartments. Martin and his team were extremely responsive to all our requests and everything generally worked fine. We will definitely stay here again 100%

As an Airbnb veteran, this is easily the best apartment I have ever stayed in. The apartment exceeded expectations; the pictures do not do it justice. It is spotless, and we even received daily cleaning. Sarah, the property manager, is simply awesome. She was super responsive and literally catered to all our needs. Our daily chef, Diane, was equally amazing, and we must also mention our designated chauffeur, Rolande, who doubled as our tour guide. She drove us to Lake Kivu and patiently answered all our questions. These three lovely ladies made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back to Rwanda and staying at the same apartment. As an added bonus, we even received a complimentary airport drop-off.

Uzeema’s place was very spacious and clean. Uzeema was always responsive whenever I reached out to her. The checkin process was very easy.

Suzanna and her co-host are so welcoming and friendly. They were happy to help with every request. Thank you so much for that! The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures, it was very clean and organised. You have a great view in the distance and the street is quiet at night. Access to the city is no problem via moto. Car parking is also possible and the compound is 24/7 protected by security. There is a house keeper who will help keep everything clean including washing clothes. The living room is a bit echoey and there is no other room with a table, this should be considered if you search for a place with a quiet working area where your company cannot distract you. All in all we have no complaints, thank you for the hospitality and kindness, everything was perfect 👌

Besides language barriers everything else was perfect but I have to tell you that it’s not any close to the city and transport costs in Rwanda are quite high otherwise the house was gorgeous and good for pics 🤭

cool place, super responsive host

The place is really nice, as described, and more beautiful in person. Everything was very clean and well organised. Entertainment is good. Lots of movies of different types to watch. Everyone's services was extremely good, from the gate keeper to the manager of the property. It was really cool to have balconies from every room, and the city views were really great. Nice neighbourhood, supermarkets nearby, but just a little bit of hardship getting around the area, but to ease that it would beneficial to make arrangements with the manager first, he later sorted the problem for us and was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was amazing. Thank you James & Pam
