Friendly place

Israel was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the very beginning. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. His communication was fast and helpful, which made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area was perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exceeded all our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Very calm and very pleasant

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The host and staff made the experience effortless and seamless, going above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. The location is perfect—private, peaceful, and just what I was looking for. I truly wish my stay was longer because everything was so great. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We felt well taken care of by Joel. He accepted our reservation very last minute and made sure we found it fine. He apologized for any inconvenience, but we had no problems. The house was clean, secure, and in a great location. We hope to come back soon. Joel was very involved through the whole process and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

The house is extremely beautiful and looks just like the photos. Just minor things to work on like nets and fan as Kigali can be very hot. I never got to met him personally but I felt right at home in kigali. Thank you for the prompt response. I would recommend this place to those visiting kigali Rwanda

calm place to stay without getting far from towm

All Semanywa's listed amenities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is perfect for an evening swim and the place is just so peaceful and private. The house manager was extremely helpful and even though there was a communication barrier, she and Semanywa made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali and need both serenity and reasonable proximity from Kigali Center.

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and secure. The view of the golf course was spectacular. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

Tyler as a host went above and beyond in every way in a relaxed and chilled out way! He is helpful with local culture, transport, and tourism sights. The pool was a cool reprieve anytime of the day. His accommodation was a safe haven during our stay in Kigali. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. The apartment is in a great location and has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Amy was always helpful as was Jackson. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kigali.

THE LOCATION IS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY! it is 15 minute drive to the east (!) of the airport otherwise: the place was great overall, explicitly because the staff is so helpful! they got us a car for rent, they did our laundry, they brought everything we wanted right to our door. place is very clean, nothing to complain.

We enjoyed our stay at Lexor apartments. Martin and his team were extremely responsive to all our requests and everything generally worked fine. We will definitely stay here again 100%

Second stay at this place with a slightly longer duration. The accommodation: Always identical to the photo , clean and tidy, impeccable dishes, beautiful decoration and a relaxing exterior. A real delight to wake up with birds chirping. Location: It's just perfect if you really want to experience Kigali day or night. This accommodation is at a distance from almost all places of interest only 1km or 5km maximum ( convention center, Kigali Heights, Kigali golf , parks like KIMIHUHURA GARDEN etc ...) If you like to go out in the evening or make quality brunch I recommend L’ATELIER DU VIN which is 10 min from the accommodation If you are an art lover: NIYOARTS is the perfect place 10 min from the accommodation And finally if you want to enjoy an excellent coffee in all its splendor I recommend the KIVU NOIR COFFEE 10-15 min from the accommodation. I could cite lots of examples, but the essential message to remember IS BOOK A STAY

Monique and her Airbnb are both wonderful. Monique was responsive leading up to and during the stay, resolving any questions I had quickly. The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood, very safe and walkable to numerous restaurants. I stayed as a single women, and while I did feel safe, it was a big space for one person, and I may have felt more comfortable with a second guest sharing the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. (It is one of ~4 units in a large house / small apartment building on a property, and you can hear as neighbors come and go opening their apartments. Again, it feels completely safe, and generally wasn't too loud, I just would have personally preferred sharing the space with a second guest for additional comfort).

Uzeema’s place was very spacious and clean. Uzeema was always responsive whenever I reached out to her. The checkin process was very easy.

Very pleasant home with a lovely garden, it's an island of peace an relaxation. You can order different meals, they are delicious and variated thanks to James, a high skilled cooker. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There are also interesting paintings of Rwandan artists. What I appreciated most is to enjoy the entire property (house + garden). It's also easy to get a motorbike taxi to go to town or to the neighbouring shops. Good luck and success to Kaba Guesthouse team!

Good place to consider when looking for quiet environment to enjoy your vacation. The host and the staff are responsive and flexible to discuss any matter. I really recommend this stay!!

Suzanna and her co-host are so welcoming and friendly. They were happy to help with every request. Thank you so much for that! The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures, it was very clean and organised. You have a great view in the distance and the street is quiet at night. Access to the city is no problem via moto. Car parking is also possible and the compound is 24/7 protected by security. There is a house keeper who will help keep everything clean including washing clothes. The living room is a bit echoey and there is no other room with a table, this should be considered if you search for a place with a quiet working area where your company cannot distract you. All in all we have no complaints, thank you for the hospitality and kindness, everything was perfect 👌

Besides language barriers everything else was perfect but I have to tell you that it’s not any close to the city and transport costs in Rwanda are quite high otherwise the house was gorgeous and good for pics 🤭
