The house was built in 2011 and is spacious and open with very nice interior. It has a big nice terrace in front and along the whole side. There is a new build pool, 2025, size 12x4 meters! . There is complete kitchen-ware & towels and bed linens are included. There's AC in the living room/kitchen and in 2 bedrooms. Perfect location! 2 min Morningmarket 5 min Bang Niang 10 min swim 15 min Memories beach (Surfing) Scooters are available for rent for an extra cost. Please let me now in advance.
