There is complete kitchen-ware & towels and bed linens are included. There's AC in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. ***AC must be switched off whenever you leave the house otherwise you'll be charged extra afterwards. Scooters available for rent for an extra cost. Paradis villa consists of 30 similar houses, a large and a small pool, restaurant, beach bar, mini golf, massage, etc. all excursions are booked in the restaurant. Moped can be rented in the restaurant. Payment of bills from the bar and restaurant is settled about every 3 days. I order taxi from phuket airport for you. 2800 bath cover minibus, boat and local taxi electricity consumption is paid on departure.
