the only Negative was the price I paid, but that was due to the last minute decision of next day. But the host does offer a fair rate for advanced booking. Don't let the Location out you off either, yes is far, but in Phnom Penh you will find it hard to get peace and quiet and beautiful view at the same time. Personally, you shouldn't take my view or advice on this accommodation, you should just book it and see it for your self.

everything I needed was supplied, the internet speed was good and reliable, so was the air-conditioning. The kitchen has two very solid gas burners to cook a real meal. The place itself is new and everything was well maintained. I would happily stay there again in the future

Easily the best private Airbnb that I have stayed in. The unit is beautifully renovated, and feels like its brand new. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this unit for individuals or families.

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

This is an excellent accommodation, very clean, modern appliances and furniture throughout, well-equipped kitchen--only positives about this space. An is an excellent host as well, very fast responses to queries and thoughtful in leaving snacks on the table, and allowing extra time to allow me to hang out ahead of my late flight out.

Very clean and spacious air conditioned apartment right at the midpoint of the Riverside Promenade. Close to the night market and the Royal Palace. Lovely to people watch in the evenings when all the lights come on. Perfect for our needs. Thank you.

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Philip went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel like being just at home. Always responded promptly to our requests and has an onsite assistant in the event he is unavailable. Will definitely re-book upon our return to Phnom Penh in a few months.

It is a 1-minute walk from the National Museum and a 5-minute walk to the river.I'm relieved that the owner handled any issues immediately.The key to the entrance of the building is a little hard to open.I was fine.Geckos make noises at night, but I don't mind.I had a pleasant stay.

Borei and his staff made for an excellent stay at this beautiful riverside condo! The property is up quite a few stairs, but don’t let that discourage you. The condo sits on the top floor, with a private patio overlooking the river and riverside walking street. The location is perfect for walking around the riverside, and enjoying the many restaurants and bars in this area. Only a short walk from the Royal Palace and National Museum, and fast tuktuk ride to anywhere in the city. I loved hanging out on the patio watching the city come alive at night. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It is located near the central market, smack in the middle of Cambodian life and yet comfortably quiet at night. Steven was very helpful from day one.

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

We stayed in Sophina’s apartment for 2 months. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the washing machine, rooftop pool and very comfortable bed. It’s in a quieter part of town but there are always tuk tuk right outside so transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are 2.grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

Malen was a very responsive host, and helpful. I had a good stay at the airbnb. The place was spacious, clean and kitchen had all the utensils needed. The location is a little quiet, but it’s close to a great hub of local food and street vendors (5 minutes away).

The cocoon was centrally located and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a concierge on-site should you have any questions. There is an in-unit washing machine. Right across the street is the mall with a great food hall and a massive grocery store should you need to buy supplies. The Celeste rotating bar is worth the visit, especially in the evening. Tyta is very responsive should questions come up during your visit. Check out her host book, which is chockful of local recommendations, all in the neighborhood.
