Wonderful location, quiet community, and the property manager was amazing with communication. The home was absolutely beautiful, a great outdoor space, clean and cozy. Definitely would recommend!!

this place was pristine, well appointed, and exactly as shown on the website. We had 6 adults and 6 young adults and we could have fit another family of 4 easily. the kitchen and laundry room were well equipped and the location was secluded and semi private. we only had 1 neighboring rental who was more gone than on site. if both units on either side were rented, I could see the backyards and pools being busy. the landscaping could definitely be bigger and more grown in between houses. the dock and canal were amazing and the kids enjoyed fishing and jumping in the water. the naval fighter planes provided entertainment a few times a day while on their landing approach. from initial rental to the final check out, the staff was prompt, responsive, and helpful. we would definitely rent this place and /or another unit from brightwild again! Stylish and beautifully maintained home literally steps to Duval street. Great way to visit the restaurants, bars and museums while still being able to get right down to the beach resorts

Our group absolutely loved the pool and beautiful landscaping on the property. We felt secluded and safe. It was so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Last key offered concierge services and reasonably priced late check out - very nice for those who had a late flight on departure day. Well stocked kitchen and the grill looked brand new, so clean. Great appliances as well with beverage fridge and ice machine. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
