We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! the host was very responsive and the space was really clean. Overall, the stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short 10-minute walk to the city center at a relaxed pace. The free private parking was super convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy — it truly felt like home. Highly recommend! We’d be happy to come back again! Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

This studio apartment was as described, very comfortable, with all the facilities I needed for a few days in Melbourne. Easy access to the city and great restaurants and facilities in the local area.

Vinnie’s unit is well appointed and newly renovated inside. We really loved it as it was modern and perfect for a couple. The TV & internet were just excellent for watching the Olympics. The AC worked a treat and kept us warm as it was freezing outside. Very comfy bed, kitchen was well stocked up with utensils, bathroom floor was heated. It was so handy to public transport, shops and eateries. Definitely will stay again.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Beautiful home to stay in. Plenty of shops & restaurants within easy walking distance. Same with both tram and train. The house itself was a pleasure to stay in. Off street parking was very handy for us. As was the heating. An all round high class home in a great location.

Mary's place was a very convient location for us. basket full of goodies in arrival which the family appreciated after a 9 hr road trip. would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place. Central to everything. Cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Would highly recommend for a large group due to there being two units which gives plenty of privacy but everyone can come together. Our host was amazing and helped when needed. Highly recommend.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We would definitely stay here again. Loved too much to list. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home. I could happily live in this here

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

We were three generations together in Melbourne for a sad occasion. The position of this apartment was perfect for our particular needs. It has views overlooking the river from the spacious balcony. The bedrooms, while small, were adequate to our needs. Plenty of space in the open plan living/dining area. The Vaquay Concierge team were very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Honestly, I am truly grateful for their help with any requests we had during a difficult time for our family. Position is perfect for trams into the CBD, you're surrounded by some great restaurants and bars and walks along the river trail were lovely. There was one lift (out of three) working during our stay, which was the only negative really... and this is beyond the control of Vaquay team.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment was in an ideal location and we could walk to most places we wanted to go to. The bus stop is out side of the building and the trams just a short walk. Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
