Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kew

A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Richard was an amazingly responsive host, with a beautiful house, well placed exactly where we needed it. It was the perfect weekend.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Matt’s beautiful cottage near the Yarra Valley. Even though it was raining during our visit, the stunning views from the cottage more than made up for it — it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a clean bathroom, washer and dryer, Netflix, and even a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special highlight for my son was getting to meet their adorable family pony, Little Penny — such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

We would definitely stay here again. Loved too much to list. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home. I could happily live in this here

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Helen and Eric's place is very cosy and you immediately feel like at home. Everything is clean and well organised. Location is great, close to te main road and tram. Communication with Helen and Eric was fantastic and clear so no need to bother them. We really enjoyed our 4 days stay at their place and we will come back again for sure ! I will recommend their place too !

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

We loved our stay at Chian’s apartment. It had everything we needed plus the little extras like the selection of children’s toys and books made it feel very welcoming. Spotlessly clean, great location with parking and lovely views of the city. We would certainly look to stay again next time we’re in Melbourne.

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

The place was cozy and inviting, with a fantastic view that made morning coffee especially enjoyable. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely book again.

First of all, this place is one of best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Melbourne and I use a new airbnb every month for work. Way better than the photos. Furthermore, Jon is an incredible host, we accidentally left our phone in the airbnb two hours before our flight and he left a function to come and help us. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you Jon! Host was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to accommodate us and was so easy to deal with her. Absolutely stunning home too

The place is great, very clean and Steve is a great host. Steve is extremey responsive and considerate. The house is very close to nature and we really enjoyed the spa specially our son. The only thing that could be improvide is the kitchen and its preparedness to host guests who plan to cook for exemple having more utensilis.

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!
