The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

We offer a beautiful apartment on the edge of the forest near the Neandersteig and the Radpanoramaweg in Heiligenhaus. The apartment is completely newly renovated. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with sofa bed (with continuous mattress) as well as a bedroom. -Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's also a large, light-colored desk there. The 5th person can also sleep there on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are available.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

It consists of two and a half rooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 15 minutes' walk to the Ruhr, 5 minutes' walk to the bus. There is now Wi-Fi via our fiber optic connection.
