A compact value for money, basic, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. NOTE: shower over bath, one double bed is small 4ft double. No pets, Non-Smoking. Check-out 1000. It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles parking. No shop local. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop or takeaway is 5 miles. Tesco Waitrose deliver. I do my best to point all of this out.

The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. Welcome to my Annex. We are located a 10 minute walk from the centre of the market town of Framingham and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. We are a 20 minute drive by car from the beautiful Suffolk Coastline. Our annex is finished to the highest quality. We have one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. We are sorry but we cannot accept bookings for couples with small children. If you have any question please just ask.
