Ty Ni is an old barn that has become a comfortable tiny house of thirty square meters full of charm and ideally located. 6 minutes' walk from the tram and buses, you will quickly reach the Arena, the city center or the Technopole. Just a little further away is the harbor and the typical port of Maison Blanche. Whether you come to Brest for work, for a concert or for a few days of vacation, Ty Ni is the ideal anchor to discover Brest, the Iroise region and northern Finistère.

5 minutes from Brest and 10 minutes by car from the sea, this charming penty awaits you. The house has 2 bedrooms with bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and a living room by the fire, for your evenings of comics and board games. In the enclosed garden there is a dining area with a parasol. I provide you with deckchairs for moments of rest. This small green nest will offer you a relaxing time a stone's throw from Brest. 45 m2 apartment, located on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance, which we took the time to renovate to welcome you. Here, no concierge, we take care of everything! ;-)) New and comfortable bedding for the 2 beds. You will be ideally located to visit Brest and its surroundings, during your family trips or business trips. We always try to be present to welcome you, otherwise it is possible to use the lockbox.

C’est une occasion de découvrir nos belles côtes Finistériennes…ainsi que les spécialités culinaires… La maison dispose désormais d’une nouvelle salle de bains ainsi que d’un toilette à l’étage pour plus de confort . Nous avons aussi une Senseo à disposition des hôtes.

Micro-studio in a local's home

Comfortable pied-à-terre ideal for 1 person (double bed 1.20 m) for a short or medium stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is the possibility to park in the square for free. This 15 m2 accommodation, with shower room, kitchenette and toilet, is on the ground floor, adjoining my home. Access is independent. Eau Blanche tram station is 4 minutes away.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This gîte was made entirely by us, it took us 6 years to create a place that suits us completely. We are very happy to introduce you to this little piece of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our "Landes de Bretagne" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.

We rent our pleasant sea view apartment, the 180-degree panorama of the harbor is superb (from Plougastel to the entrance of Goulet). Ideally located in the city center, 2 min walk to the train station, 5 min to the tram and all amenities. You will enjoy a beautiful living space and a small south-facing balcony, ideal for 2-3 travelers.

This pretty house is located in the heart of Plounéour-Trez, quiet and 800 m from the beach. It can accommodate 3 people. Two large bedrooms are available, a nice enclosed garden and Wi-Fi.
