You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Exceptional location on the Crozon peninsula for this apartment overlooking Morgat Bay and its beach. In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.
