Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Keratokampos

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Asteri Home. The house was exactly as expected and just what we wanted for our week in Crete. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to make breakfasts and a some dinners at home. The main double bedroom was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower is quite small, but we made do. The most amazing part of the house is the huge garden overlooking the sea that has 4 sun loungers, 2 outdoor tables for dining, a BBQ and a dart board. We spent a lot of time sitting at the end of the garden enjoying the view. Véronique and Yiannis are amazing hosts. They were so helpful right from the start - arranging transport from the airport, a rental car, offering suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Kokkini Hani is quieter than other more touristy parts of Crete we visited. We found wonderful Greek restaurants with fresh seafood everyday. The supermarket and shops are all in walking distance. A lovely place!

Le logement était exactement comme les photos et très propre , l’appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter Héraklion à pied . Nombreux bon restaurants à proximité. Agelos a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a donné de bon conseils .

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα! Ήταν πολύ cozy το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού και πολύ δροσερό για την ζέστη της εποχής. Η αυλή πολύ μποχό και ότι πρέπει για αραγμα με παρέα σε μία πολύ ήρεμη γειτονιά και αν σου λείψει και κάτι πετάγεσαι με τα πόδια στα 20-30μ ακριβώς απέναντι όπου υπάρχει Σούπερ Μάρκετ (Σκλαβενίτης). Αν και το σπίτι είχε ήδη ότι χρειάζεται από πράγματα πρώτης ανάγκης. Δεν προλάβαμε να απολαύσουμε όλες τις ανέσεις του σπιτιού καθότι κάτσαμε μόνο 4 νύχτες και το μόνο που μας δυσκόλεψε ήταν το πολύ ωραίο κατά τα άλλα κρεββάτι στο πάτωμα λόγω και του ότι η σύζυγος ήταν σε εγκυμοσύνη. Θα ξανα επιλέγαμε σίγουρα όμως ξανά το κατάλυμα και για οικογενειακές διακοπές στο μέλλον!

Had a great time here! Vasilis was very accommodating and the place came as expected. Clean, great views of the water, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

This place is honestly a 10/10, I’d totally recommend it and would gladly come back. One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in so far. What I loved most was the access to the sea. It’s a bit rocky, but if you’re a confident swimmer and have water shoes, it’s no problem. You can just step out of the garden and get straight into the water. The house itself is really pleasant, well-ventilated and cool. We stayed in June and didn’t even need the air conditioner. Just opening the windows in the morning and then closing them once the sun hit was enough to keep things comfortable. The terrace is huge, we spent loads of time there and in the garden, which is nicely shaded by the trees out front. Inside, I really appreciated the furniture — it has a traditional, authentic feel to it, definitely not your average IKEA setup. And last but not least, the host was incredibly welcoming professional, and warm. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Perfecte locatie om het oostelijk deel van Kreta te bezoeken. Het appartement is goed uitgerust, er is alles wat je als gast nodig hebt, echt aan elk detail is gedacht om te kunnen genieten van een heerlijke en ontspannen vakantie. Het appartement heeft een privé parkeerplaats, ligt op de eerste etage en heeft een eigen opgang (18 traptredes). Er zijn overal horren (dus geen last van muggen). De woonkamer en slaapkamers hebben airco en alle ramen / deuren zijn voorzien van elektrische rolluiken. De weg aan de voorzijde van het appartement hoor je wel als je met de balkondeuren open zou slapen, maar wij hebben daar geen last van gehad. Tip -> Loop Quiet Earplugs als je een lichte slaper bent. Dimitris is een hele prettige host en reageert snel. Hij heeft hospitality hoog in het vaandel, waarbij gastvrijheid, aandacht en service centraal staan. Hij heeft een proactieve benadering om de behoeften van ons als gast te begrijpen en te overtreffen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Casetta piccolina ma comfortevole, impagabile il terrazzino con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia con le sdraio e l’ombrellone privato. Alloggio ben fornito, poco chiaro che al bagno si accede dall’esterno del terrazzino ma poco male e lavarsi i denti osservando il mare è comunque un esperienza. Molto buona e molto gentili anche i gestori della taverna Stefania, comsigliatissima per un mix di pesce arrosto. Grazie per l’ospitalità impeccabile.

Amazing location with an outstanding view. The house was perfect for day trips all across Crete! The swimming pool and outside space was amazing after long days out sight seeing. Would definitely recommend this house, the host was welcoming and very knowledgable about the area and helped us with places to visit.

Nous avons passé un peu moins d’une semaine dans le logement et nous avons adoré ! La vue, l’emplacement, le calme, la tranquillité ainsi que la grande propreté des lieux sont vraiment appréciables. Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarchés, boutiques, etc. Izabela est une hôte en or : accueillante, gentille, patiente et toujours souriante ! Un immense merci à elle pour son aide précieuse lorsque notre voiture de location est tombée en panne. Rien à redire, que du positif. Je recommande ce logement à 100 %

Very comfortable two bedrooms. Fantastic location right on the shore with their own access to the water. A lot of good restaurants with in a walking distance.

Manos's place was located at a beautiful ans peaceful location, near the city centre but also at a good distance away from too much crowds. The apartment was as described, and is also clean and spacious. Manos even provided handmade cookies from his father and local Raki for us to try. He was also open to us leaving our luggages in the apartment while it was being cleaned due to our earlier arrival. Overall a very pleasant and lovely experience!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet für die Kürze unseres Aufenthalts. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Veranda und die Aussicht ein tolles Highlight. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die stark befahrene Straße direkt vorm Haus. Leider ist es dadurch recht laut. Ansonsten war unsere Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und ist sauber. Ebenfalls ist das Appartement ausreichend ausgestattet. Marina ist top erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm lässt es sich gut Frühstücken. Abends ist die Touristenmeile sowie jede Menge Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Cosmopolitan Bar ein paar Meter Richtung Meer (für Snacks, Bier und Cocktails bei sehr herzlichen Gastgebern).

We loved the stay in Agios - Maria was very nice & flexible. Supermarket, lake, sea and restaurants surrounding the flat and the apartment is very sweet with everything u need for a couple of days in Agios. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very thankful for our time here :)

Ενα ομορφο δωματιο ακριβως οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες.ηταν πεντακαθορο και παρειχε ολα οσα αναφερονται στις πληροφοριες. Η Μιχαελα ειναι πολυ φιλικη και μας εδωσε πληροφοριες για την περιοχη που διευκολυναν τη διαμονη μας

the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

Wunderschönes großzügiges Apartment mit tollem modernen Design und mit einem einzigartigen Meerblick vom Balkon (Meer nur ca. 20 Meter entfernt). Alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants alle in Laufnähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz am Meer war ebenfalls perfekt. Von dort benötigt man lediglich 5 Minuten zum Apartment. Die zwar schöne Bar in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer war immer gut besucht und dementsprechend war es dort schon laut bis in die Nacht. Es ist Geschmacksache, aber die Betten waren uns zu hart. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und immer gemütlich auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt.

Sofia and her dad Giorgos were great hosts, from meeting, explaining and taking the time to make great recommendations to checking in often, very much appreciated! We loved Iraklio (and Heraklion) and the flat had what the 4 of us needed to enjoy our stay. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved eating outside and drinking beverages. The recommendation for the Peskesi farm to table restaurant was spot on! The restaurant/cafes options in walking distance of the flat are plentiful and every place we tried was good. We walked everywhere, and took a city bus to the wonderful beach by the airport and the ferry excursion to Santorini one day. The archaeological museum is a stand out, and the history museum and Venetian Fortress were also great sites. Ended up skipping Knossos as the artifacts found were in the archaeological museum, so no opinion on that. We shall return to Crete some time and when staying in the area would gladly book with Sofia!

This stay is amazing. So comfortable and spacious. The restaurant just below is a must. Great host, great spot.

We were specially pleased by the kitchen, it really felt like home with everything needed there :)
