This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

This place creatively incorporates the historic parts of an olive mill with contemporary design. It was roomy and had everything we needed, but a minor thing, body wash would have been nice. Met the owner who was very nice and gracious. Loved being able to walk to 3 different great restaurants, a market, pharmacy and close proximity to Rethymno. It is strategically located between Chania and Heraklion, too. Definitely recommended!

This is a BEAUTIFUL place - the pictures do not do it justice. The combined kitchen and living area is HUGE, and so is the pool and outdoor space. All the bedrooms have ensuites and are identical, and all have the same view and access to the terrace. It is spotless. The place is just at the edge of a really quaint beach town. It is super quiet and peaceful, and a 2 minute walk away from a bunch of bars and restaurants. Sofia herself is a WONDERFUL host. She’s kind, welcoming, and so responsive. Stay here - the value for money is excellent, and it’s a fantastic little town.

We had a great stay Antonios house. The house had everything we needed. It has very private grounds and amazing views of the area. Lots of outside spaces to find shade through the day. It’s a really generous space which wasn’t overlooked at all. The pool area was a big win. A previous reviewer mentioned mosquitoes but we didn’t see any the whole time we were there (mid- September). We’d definitely make a return visit. Thanks Antonios, we loved all your recommendations and appreciate your knowledge of the area.

The house and views were beautiful. An out of the ordinary sandstorm rolled in and the owner immediately came to clean the outdoor area. She was very responsive and attentive. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There are very few walkable places, but if you have a car, it is no problem. We would return, it was perfect for our group of 6.

Our stay at the villa in Crete was simply fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and communication with the hosts was friendly, quick and straightforward from the beginning. The villa itself was in perfect condition – very clean, high quality and modernly equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen had everything you could need, the bedrooms were cozy and air conditioned, and the outdoor area with pool was an absolute highlight. Here we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. There was even a ping pong table that provided a lot of fun and variety. The location of the villa is ideal: quiet and idyllic, but still close enough to beaches, taverns and shopping. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We had a wonderful time at Villa Siriatis. Maria, Nektaria and Mathaios were the most wonderful and hospitable hosts you could ever imagine. The Villa is just beautiful. It is perfectly clean, bright and surrounded by olive trees with a stunning sea view. The area is completely quiet and there are many good tavernas and beautiful beaches nearby. We can highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back :)

Kitsa was very friendly and always available for all concerns. She also arranged a taxi and a private chef for us. The villa is beautiful with a fantastic view and very stylishly furnished. You really don't need anything. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Outstanding views, 5* accommodation with hosts that go above and beyond and can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Recommendations of local places to eat. If you can, take use of the local chefs to come in and cook for you. Family of 7 cost us €280 as a guide without drinks and was beautiful food. The villa is spacious and relaxing and perfectly placed to walk into plaka and short drive to almyrida beach with beautiful fish tavernas and water activities. Party of 3 boys (15,15 and 12), my husband and I and his parents it was the perfect house to have our own spaces but still come together. The photos do not do the house justice at all. The outdoor kitchen, outside bath and jacuzzi plus all the outdoor terraces to each room are spectacular. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to be back again one day. Beatiful view and nice downstairs appartment with own pool and yard. Parking lot had always room for our car. From parking lot there are deep stairs down to the appartments yard. We came late in evening and it was little bit difficult to get in without light on the appartment door. Pool was great for swimming and view fo Chania and sea bay just amazing. If you have lot of electronic devices with you, take a power strip with you. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay in April. Really nice place to relax and enjoy life.

We were there as a family with the grandparents. All three generations liked it very much. The heated pool is an absolute plus at the end of May and the hot tub right next to it makes the outdoor area perfect. The grounds are spacious, there is plenty of shade and the view is awesome. The sheltered barbecue area is perfect for breakfast and dinner. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the first-class service. Olga was always available, the jammed courtyard gate was repaired within half an hour and two employees come every morning, take the trash, clean the outdoor area and even the grill. There are many very good restaurants and all encounters were positive and friendly, we liked it very much.

Incredible stay, stunning villa, lovely to walk into the little town, and a brand new restaurant opened called ‘Dusk’ a few minutes walk away which was 11/10. We adored the hot tub, luxury, all the little touches. Juicer for fresh orange juice and funky toaster. Thank you Crete is exquisite 💖💖💖

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private villa with a truly spectacular ocean view. The perfect setup for our extended family (6 adults and 2 small children), offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable with en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook at home. The kids especially loved the pool and all the toys available. We enjoyed local meals at Maxis Yard (a charming spot in the nearby village with pottery and homemade food) and Fisalida, which has a stunning ocean view. Both within walking distance. Grocery shopping was easy with both Lidl and the village shops close by. Our host went above and beyond—meeting us for check-in during Easter holiday and even doing grocery shopping for us beforehand as everything was closed. He surprised us with homemade dinner of delicious moussaka and Greek salad, which made us feel so welcomed. We left feeling relaxed and very tempted to return one day.

Fantastic villa with beautiful pool and view. Downstairs at the sea you can watch nice snorkeling and fishing thanks to the super clear water. We and our kids enjoyed it. First village is 30 minutes drive so provide plenty of groceries.

This place was absolutely breathtaking, and the service Evi provided was truly exceptional! I honestly don’t know how she managed it all. After a storm impacted the pool and walkways, she reached out before we could even ask—letting us know that someone was already on the way to take care of it. She treated us like VIPs and was always quick to respond to any questions. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! The location is peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to Chania—a charming town full of great shops and delicious food. It’s the perfect spot for families or a group of friends. We just can’t say enough good things!

this is a great Villa to stay at in central Crete that made it easy to branch off to many other areas of the island the best part was the Villa itself with its swimming pool and the views. great place to stay close to the small village of margarite. highly recommend it's got to be one of the best places to stay in all of Crete. Michalis was a great representing host.

It was our second time in the villa. We were greeted very kindly. The villa is spacious and clean. Pool and view are amazing. The services Etouri are providing were helpful. We will definitely come back again!

Nikos was an excellent host! He brought us fresh goodies and made sure we had everything needed. The home is beautiful and exactly has pictured. I recommend renting a car if you stay here as it is quite desolate location and not walkable to restaurants/shops.
