I would highly recommend My Time Cottage. The host is amazing and responds in time. She was very helpful, and it was an easy decision for me to stay there. I love that, as a guest, you get free access to Sarova Maiyan. For me, this is the easiest 5-star that I have given to a listing.

Had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin style spot in Migori. The place was peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were awesome, super friendly, and helpful. The host was incredible and made sure I felt right at home. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend for a calm and memorable getaway!

Superb stay in this little haven of peace. The staff were extremely welcoming and flexible. The meals are very good and the view from the accommodation is incredible. For comfort, it's best to have a 4x4 for the 3 km of track that links the road to the accommodation.

When we encountered car troubles on our way, she stepped in immediately, sending assistance and ensuring we were well taken care of. Her communication was flawless throughout. The cabins themselves are simply stunning—far better than the photos! The ambiance is serene and inviting, truly a home away from home. Surrounded by fresh air and absolute tranquility, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I can’t wait to return and will wholeheartedly recommend Ol Jorok Cabins to family and friends as the ideal getaway spot. A special mention goes to Peter, the chef recommended by Sara—he was absolutely incredible! Every meal was a delight, with top-notch flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed each day. 40footer was a lovely overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! The views are breathtaking and we got a change to see some wildlife. The place is a bit of a drive from the main road and would recommend a 4WD vehicle. The staff was amazing...24hr security and eacort from the road was a plus. Chef Dickson was the best. Very responsive even before we arrived, he shared a menu and shopped in advance ensure we arrived to a delicious meal. Tye space is a lovely get a way from the madness of the city. Highly recommend location.

Ngetha's place is extremely beautiful and peaceful. The listing is clear and accurate, and communication was great. It was easy to find, and we were met at the road to be guided the last distance up the hill. Things at the cabin have been well thought out, and even though the listing may seem basic, it has a wonderfully homely feel and was more than what we were expecting. The views are stunning, and it is an extremely peaceful place to stay. The roads are also good all the way from Nairobi. Thanks for a great stay and we are definitely looking to come and visit again.

The Naromoru Country Home was a delight to stay at! The big beautiful gardens and lawn were lovely. The house is old, but charming and big. There is plenty of space for a family or two to enjoy the stay. It's a very peaceful location, with views of Mt. Kenya, if the clouds clear.

Aquawood Cabins is an excellent getaway for anyone looking to connect with nature. The location is easily accessible, and the nearby river and tea plantations create a peaceful, scenic atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Doreen is friendly and always available, making sure you have everything you need. It's a beautiful space, offering a relaxed stay besides many activities to engage in. I highly recommended for a serene and rejuvenating stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful holiday home made us feel completely comfortable and at home, thanks to the warm welcome from Edwin, the caretaker (despite us arriving late) and chef, and our attentive host, who ensured we had everything we needed for a splendid stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous— even better than the photos! Esther paired us with an amazing chef who prepared the best meals, even accommodating our impromptu guests who dropped by to admire the house. We will definitely be back, over and over again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jackline's. The place has an outstanding layout and architecture. It is located a 15 minute drive from any restaurant and a 15 minute walk from the beach. I should also mention that the architecture gives the living room fabulous acoustics, which we enjoyed very much, as well as the patio outside the house.

Nagyon szép, csendes helyen helyezkedik el a szállás, Lemayin gyorsan válaszolt/segített amikor szükség volt arra, megengedete hogy tovább maradjunk, mivel sajnos történt egy balesetünk így tovább itt kellett tartózkodnunk (melyet nem bánok) van lehetőség reggelizni/ebédelni/vacsorázni és van több szabadtéri program mint pl kosárlabdázás / futball, de lehet billiárdozni. Nagyon elégedett vagyok a hellyel.

This was our second time here and we still can’t get enough! John took such great care of us, and Chris made sure we were always full and happy (the food was amazing). The hospitality is so warm and genuine ,it honestly feels like a home away from home. Big shoutout to Mark too super helpful and always responsive. This cabin has officially become our go-to escape from the hustle of Nairobi. Highly recommend it—you’ll love it here!
