Vacation rentals with a patio in Kennebec County

Nice place to stay. There is road noise but gets better at night. We always use a white noise machine so wasn’t an issue for us.

Soo has an exceptional apartment right in downtown Augusta. Impeccably clean with a modern layout. More than enough for what I needed during my stay. Free parking right out front is a huge benefit. Great restaurants within a few min walk. I'll be visiting sometime next year and intend to stay here again.

This is a very clean, nicely appointed place to visit Waterville or Colby College from. The place had the fun look you see in the pictures and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and comfy futon. We will likely be back.

Andriana's place suited my family of four perfectly. It is conveniently located almost smack dab between down town and the Quarry Road trails. It was perfect for that reason, as well as provided a nice comfortable place for us to relax, cook and sleep.

Brandi and her husband were very friendly and welcoming!!! They were also very responsive when anything was needed during my stay!!! Brandi went above and beyond to provide the best stay ever!! Ill be booking in the fall!!!!!!

Joyce and her husband were very welcoming and communicative from booking to checking out. Very clean, new, and quie space. You can tell that this space was throughly thought out to be an ideal air bnb.. Towels, snacks, and toieltries were stocked for use. Card games and Tvs in everyroom. Joyce's home is so welcoming and convenient. It combines a spacious and comfortable living environment that makes you feel like you never left home.

Chris's place was a perfect fit for my family. the apartment was very spacious and accommodated 2 adults and 3 kids very easily. everything was very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the vacuum that was available to use as we traveled with pets and a baby so it was a necessity to control the dog hair so the baby could roll around🤣I would highly recommend and would definitely use this place again!

Such a peaceful place to be. The house is very comfortable and has beautiful decor throughout. You cannot beat the view! Owners are so nice and very responsive. The house is the last house on a dirt road so it feels very private. Highly recommend!

We had a great, low key girls weekend at Alanna’s place. The hot tub was great for soaking in, and right off the deck. We brought our snowshoes and enjoyed snowshoeing down to the lake and around the property. The tvs in the living room felt a bit over powering, but we figured out how to put two to sleep so we could just listen to music on the third.

This place was amazing. we enjoyed our time, had an issue which was resolved quickly - very appreciative of the overall experience. Amato answered all our questions and was very quick responding. He had descriptive directions and has an amazing place.

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

The area where Sofia has her Airbnb is a close favorite to Vienna where I spent many summers at my father’s camp. It is a beautiful home and very close to the water. My family came from as far away as Australia to be there for my father’s interment in the Mt. Vernon community cemetery. Sofia was gracious and allowed our extended family to stop and say hi to our grandchildren. We had three generations staying in Sofia’s beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of space to spread out. Sofia’s kitchen is a dream and has plenty of counter space to prepare a delicious Saturday afternoon meal, and we took full advantage. Sofia also let us stay on a moments notice because our VRBO rental cancelled us the morning we were all supposed to be arriving there. We appreciate Sofia’s quick response to our need. Sofia’s rental was much bigger and nicer to accommodate all of us.

We had the most memorable Christmas at Aubree’s place. She went out of her way to decorate for Christmas..,everything from a beautiful Christmas tree to decorative touches such as flickering candies and tasteful holiday decor. The farmhouse was everything one would want when spending Christmas in Maine. We will definitely be back!

Ashley is a fantastic host with a beautiful home. She was responsive and able to get us in earlier than the check in time! Her home comes equipped with everything you could need to have a great stay. Her kitchen is stocked to cook in, the bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and the view of the lake from the spacious deck made it all a perfect stay. Would highly recommend staying at Ashley’s!
