From the living room there is access to a charming southwest-facing terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, with a wilderness bath. The vacation home offers 3 bedrooms. You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Equipped with a small kitchenette with a double bed, small sitting area and separate bathroom with walk-in shower area, it offers you everything you need. From the 2 large windows in the sloping roof you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, which is right outside the door. Wi-Fi and TV are provided A travel bed can be provided on request

The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.
