I recently stayed with my husband and a friend as we were attending a gig for my birthday. The communication was great, location- couldn't ask for better 5minutes will to promenade, the property was clean and we even had some complementary tea, coffee and biscuits. will definitely visit again. Thank you

We were looking for a comfortable space to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting family and this certainly ticked all of the boxes! Great location, in a lovely village well equipped with shops and nice walks. The house itself was incredibly well presented and very clean. The third bedroom was a huge bonus with two children. The outdoor space was lovely and private and the perfect location for a morning coffee. We will certainly be back! Thank you Lesley!

Beautiful cosy hideaway in a safe surrounding with parking right outside. Easy to find and very close to motorways in a very pretty village. Sarah was warm kind and friendly. The inside and outside spaces are beautiful with everything needed to relax. I slept warm and comfortable as storm Darragh blew through the garden! Highly recommended.

Thank you very much Sahrah! Was very clean and tidy, felt like home. The house is really close to a bus stop and so many nice pubs and restaurants. Really recommend the Afghan restaurant 10min walk from the house and Bempton cliffs reserve. Would love to come back again! Take care❤️
