The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. Above the living area there is a loft with 3 additional beds. The loft could only be reached by a ladder. There is air-conditioning and floor heating in the house.
