the house is really big, suitable for a staycation because it's comfortable and clean, the room has 4 including a spacious master bedroom, the water is also smooth, most importantly the host is responsive and understanding

Very responsive and flexible host, offers a guide to the city of Jakarta, and also very welcoming. The house is very clean and large, with AC, TV, kitchen, and has an outdoor space.

We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Perfect location, and great host!

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Really a gem here ! Endang is very very responsive and flexible host. The appartment is small but has everything every detail. I never had to ask for something because everything was there literally . Very clean with extra sheets towels everything is available. Neighbours calm and not noisy. security kind and helpful. I recommend

We had a wonderful experience staying at the apartment. The service was outstanding and the staff were always helpful and responsive. The apartment was very clean, secure, and offered a great level of privacy, it truly felt like a home away from home. A great bonus is that it’s connected to ASHTA Mall, with a supermarket conveniently located in the basement, which made everything even more comfortable and easy during our stay. (Very recommended for Gulf visitors)

Over all good. The place was very nice and clean. The owner provided stater pack (noodles, coffee, drinking water, etc) to much more easy for us when the first coming. The basic needed were available.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.
