We had a very relaxing, peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. A very good bakery and supermarket are a 10-minute walk away and the center of Loulis is about 25 minutes away. This is great for digesting after dinner at the city's various tavernas…it's best to rent a car to get to the beautiful and wild beaches of the island. We really loved our stay and we are well refreshed in the heart of this sweetness of life and the magnificent sunsets. Thanks to Manu for hosting us. Sophie

Calliope and her husband greeted us when we arrived. They are very friendly and willing to help. The house was very nice, super clean and very spacious. Bigger than I had imagined from the photos. It is located in a very good spot, at the entrance of Chora, which helps to find parking (if there is no one under the house, then just below). The distance from the street to restaurants, bars and shops is a 1-2 minute walk away. There is a mini market across the street. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. The house is ideally located in a quiet and high height with a very nice view of the sea, but only 5 minutes by scooter from the port. The interaction has been smooth, and the hosts are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and would be very happy to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Perfect stay! The house was very comfortable with all the essentials in electrical appliances and furniture, while the view from the balcony was enchanting! Hosts are great!!

Unlike most other houses in Ioulis Dimitris' house is close to the parking of the town. The view is stunning and every day there is a wonderful sunset you can enjoy from te balcony. The bed is comfortable. There's a bakery/cafenion close by with a nice balcony for another beautiful few and a very nice restaurant at the same small square I particularly liked. All run by the friendly people of Ioulis and Kea. The busstop is also close to the apartment and it connects with the ferry. Dimitri is a quick responder, a problem with the washing machine was fixed in hours. Ioulis is a beautiful town with barely any cars since the streets are to narrow. Kea is very peaceful, I left to early and should have stayed longer, it's a place to return to. Jan

Absolutely wonderful apartment - great for families! Thalia had a travel crib set up and ready to go upon our arrival. Perfect spot in Korissia! Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent. The location and view of the home by the sea very good. The beach of Otzias very close and well organized. The owners' service is very good. We'll visit again .

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Eleni was an amazing host! Her condo was absolutely stunning! The view was just perfect! And the room was very clean and neat! She recommended many things to do and restaurants to go to and they did not disappoint! It was overall an amazing stay and I cannot wait to book with her again!

A very beautiful quiet and "private" apartment!Everything was spotless,white towels and sheets, and the most basic thing: French coffee and espresso machine! It felt like home! The terrace is just as clean and beautiful,unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it,maybe next time! Thank you so much ❤️

The space was very comfortable and accommodating. Even though we stayed for one night, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for a much needed rest. Vangelis was especially helpful by providing us with recommendations on where to go for food and points of interest. He also offered to drive us from and to the airport for a far cheaper price than a taxi, as well as giving us recommendations on places to visit during our other stays in Skiathos and Skopelos. Very friendly and kind overall.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. Good location as well. I had a great stay.
