This is just an amazing house. Incredible view from the window to the mountains. The house is very big and beautifully and qualitatively made. There is also a yard with a barbecue, swings and seats where you can drink coffee in the morning enjoying the view. Thanks Nino for such an amazing experience!

After 14 hours of tripping to Gudauri, it was a little bit hard to find the right house - there are too few signs on the houses (Loft 1, Block 1, Loft 2, Block 2 etc.) I wrote to Olga and asked for the help - she mentioned, that the Gamarjoba restaurant is at the same building. After that we found it immediately. Nice location, super host, very cozy place! Will visit again!

A beautiful stay in Gudauri! The Airbnb has stunning mountain views and is stylishly decorated with attention to detail. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. The large bath and underfloor heating made it extra pleasant after a day of hiking in the mountains. The terrace is also a real asset to enjoy the view. Just a 5-minute walk away, there is a Spar supermarket and there are some cozy restaurants nearby. The location is quiet, yet convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful we felt immediately welcome and at home. Definitely a stay that we recommend to those who love nature, tranquility and comfort!

Nice and cozy place in Gudauri. Not right next to the gondola, but there’s a nearby chair lift and taxis are easy to get. Great location overall with restaurants and a Spar grocery store within walking distance. Smooth check-in and helpful host.

The appartement was very nice, it’s very spacious and beautiful. We’ve liked it a lot! Everything was new in the appartement and it was very clean. There was a lot of storage place to put your stuff which was quite useful for a team of snowboarders like us. I adored the big terrace. What a view! We’ve enjoyed spending time on this terrace while having breakfast with the view on the mountains or chilling after the day of skiing and enjoying the sunset. It was just perfect. And Quentin was very helpful and gave a lot of tips regarding what to do during the stay. It was a very agreeable stay.

We have booked the apartment for a ski in Gudauri, and the apartment was exactly as the pictures and even better. The host was very kind and helped us a lot. The apartment is beautiful and located at the Best place in New Gudauri and offered everything. The building is clean and nice with a reception that operates 24/7. We also had to cut 1 night off and received full refund. I will personally recommend my friends and anyone asking for it.

Amazing apartment in New Gudauri. Nicely designed having parquet floor (makes difference at winter), fully equipped kitchen, heavenly comfy bed and all of that like 5 minutes away from the lifts. I have been to 2 different similar apartments where my friends stayed and I should say La's apartment was way ahead. Also La was fast responding and supportive at all times.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect!

Viktor has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We had an issue when we lost our belongings at the airport and explained our situation to Viktor. He was always attentive and never left us stranded without a place to stay. When we arrived at his apartment, we realized it was a thousand times better than we had imagined. It was excellent—the cleanliness, the details, and the view were outstanding. The proximity to the slopes, ski rental places, and grocery stores was perfect. I would stay at this Airbnb a million times over!

I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. Gio's place is conveniently located. offers great views. it was overlooking the snow covered mountain. we just spent one evening just looking at the mountains. got all you need to cook your meal. Gio had kept some basic spices too. walkable to cable car. absolute value for money. highly recommended 👌
