It is a perfect retreat or base to explore Izu located minutes from the beaches and favorite vacation sites . It is very convenient to shopping and transport. Jim is a friendly Japanese speaking American host from his other favorite home in Hawaii.

Imaihama beach is approx 5 minutes by car. New kitchen, wide deck, and mezzanine loft. Loft area has no railing so not suitable for children under 10 years old.Large bath with separate toilet. Fantastic location on Ohama Beach. Big Ocean Views. New modern house. 4 Bedrooms. Upper floor is one large open plan room with living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances including dishwasher. Living room opens onto the large 2F Deck overlooking the beach. Gas bbq on deck 1st floor has large patio, and sliding doors open out to deck space from three of the four bedrooms. Landscaped backyard boasts large garden with playscape, swingset, basketball net. Mountain backdrop.
