We had a relaxing and wonderful weekend stay at Sunset Retreat! Debbie was an excellent host - timely, clear communication, very friendly with lots of local recommendations and accommodating of all our requests. The cottage was pristine and full of thoughtful touches - everything from ear plugs to fresh cut flowers at every bedside to a personalized welcome card and basket. It easily slept and accommodated our 10 guests in comfort and style. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat to unwind and recharge. We hope to be back soon!

lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

From the word go, loved the vibe Sarah and John exhibited via their communication. They were personable and descriptive in providing tailored suggestions, suiting our travel. Had a beautifully crafted guide that covered a wide range of topics around the house and in and around places, making things easier and clear. Upon reaching the house, the first view of Lake Cameron is awesome! Check-in is easy and digitized and the house is supremely clean. You sense it being setup with love and care with nice paintings, modern yet thoughtful furniture and all kinds of amenities placed precisely, where needed. Must congratulate the duo but also their team who does a wonderful job! Definitely going to book again. P.S. - Don't forget to checkout the amazing backyard. Awesome for morning walks :)

I recently stayed at Melissa's property, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully maintained and incredibly clean. The backyard is truly a highlight – the view is stunning, with crystal-clear river waters that add to the serene atmosphere. My family and I enjoyed a lovely day here, making the most of the peaceful surroundings. Melissa's attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The fall colours were amazing, the property so peaceful. Kaitlin’s home was very spacious and clean…. It was a lot bigger in real life than what I imagined from the pictures. Kaitlin is a great host. She was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

I came down for the Uxbridge Garden Tour. Darlene’s location was perfect for my annual visit to the L.M. Montgomery Heritage site—peaceful, grounding, and full of charm. Her property truly felt like an oasis, offering serenity and natural beauty at every turn. On my first night, she had a cozy campfire with me, and we ended up talking the night away.
