Boravak je prošao odlično! Smeštaj je tačno kao što je i očekivano iz opisa i fotografija, jednostavno je za dolazak, a domaćini su neverovatno divni i ljubazni! Lokacija je takođe odlična, u blizini marketa, restorana i plaže na kojoj sunce kasnije zalazi što nam se posebno svidelo. :)

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

Wir waren begeistert von dem wunderschönen Balkon und dem Blick über die Bucht. Wir haben es täglich genossen! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, um jedes Gericht zuzubereiten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren völlig ungestört. Die Kommunikation war perfekt: Schnell und wir haben jede Information bekommen, die wir brauchten, auch über die Gegend und geplante Aktivitäten. Hoffentlich können wir wiederkommen, denn es war ein vielseitiger, unvergesslicher Urlaub! Herzlichen Dank an die tollen Gastgeberinnen, Aneta und Zorica ! Eure Claudia und Christiane

Sonja und Neno sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen viele gute Tips für Unternehmungen. Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet gelegen um Montenegro zu erkunden. Alles ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Très beau logement avec une terrasse privée qui donne sur la piscine commune, vue sur les magnifiques montagnes de Kotor. Le logement est propre, les hôtes très chaleureux et réactifs, et il y a tout le nécessaire. Seul petit bémol qui réduit à 4 notre expérience (mais qui n'enlève rien au charme du logement je tiens à le préciser) : beaucoup de travaux (et du bruit) autour de l'appartement : Muo se développe beaucoup et le calme de la ville en fait les frais. La route reliant Muo à la vieille ville est aussi un peu pénible car petits trottoirs et beaucoup de circulation mais la localisation reste géniale, tout est à côté !

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Marta's apartment is very well designed with good separation between living and sleeping areas. All of the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and closets and drawers are plentiful. There is a washer and a dryer which is not common feature. The kitchen and dining room are also well appointed. The sofa and the chairs are comfortable. Marta's apartment is located on the last floor, has a beautiful large terrace with outdoor furniture, and a Weber grill. The views of Tivat and the bay compliment the whole experience. The apartment has one assigned parking spot in the underground garage. We had 2 cars and we were able to find parking by the building. Please be advised that you have to be able to climb one flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor. Marta is very pleasant and easy host to communicate with. Our stay was relaxing, conveniently located, and picturesque. I would definitely rent again from Marta in the future. 5 star experience.

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

We really enjoyed our stay — the view is fantastic! The house is well located around the bay and had everything we needed, though we did pick up a few extras like olive oil and coffee. The balcony is a bit close to the neighboring one, but it wasn’t an issue as we hardly saw anyone. Overall, a great spot. Thanks for hosting us!

We were a group of 4 friends looking to holiday somewhere none of us had been and didn’t know much about Montenegro. It was a fantastic choice. We stayed in Tivat, at Ljiljana’s place. The transfer from the airport took only 10 minutes (€20 for 2 taxis). Ljiljana’s directions were clear for the driver to follow. The place was high up ( Montenegro is NOT FLAT!) and has the most wonderful views of the sea, harbour and lush , hilly surroundings. It is a 8- 10 minute stroll to the harbour area. The apartment was, as described ( delightful). Ljiljana was there to meet us ( she was happy that we could get into our apartment sooner than expected). We used the swimming pool and the barbecue/ outside kitchen area (though didn’t cook) and lounges. Ljiljana was there ( via text) to answer any question ; responding quickly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable home from home (with a view). We took trips to Kotor and Budva which were both worth a visit.

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

Great location in old town. Host gave clear instructions on how to find the apartment and get inside. It is in the old town, so you will need to walk your luggage to the apartment, including many stairs. Also, old town can be loud. Bring ear plugs if that is an issue. Apartment was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

Great place to stay. I would love to stay there again. You have got everything you need in and around the apartment. There is a small supermarket closeby and you can walk to Kotor.

One of the friendliest, most proactive, most helpful hosts I've ever had. The location of the house is just perfect: within the city walls, but close to one of the gates for when you need to get out, and closest to the mall / supermarket, Kotor beach, as well as the Ladder of Kotor hike. Highly recommended!

Дуже затишний будиночок з власною терасою, в Старому місті. Все як на фото, з вікон відкривається гарний вид, локація в пішій доступності до магазинів, пляжу, ресторанів. Вдень дуже спокійно, єдине що може потурбувати це дзвони собору, але їх чутно по всьому місту. Ввечері доволі шумно через музику з бару нижче по вулиці, якщо ви не можете засинати під шум, раджу брати з собою беруші. В будинку є все необхідне для приготування їжі, прання, затишного відпочинку. Господар дуже швидко відповідає і дуже допоміг з підказками стосовно транспорту до наступного міста, за це окреме Дякую! Єдиним мінусом я б назвала сходи по яким треба підійматися до житла. Особливо не зручно це було робити з валізою бо вони слизькі, місцями вузькуваті та поганенько освітлені. Я задоволена своїм перебуванням в цьому будиночку, вдячна собі що обрала його для святкування дня народження! Дякую за гостинність!

Loved my stay at Mini Condos! The hosts were the most wonderful hosts I think I've ever stayed with! So welcoming and helpful. The place is just what you need; clean, all amenities, very comfortable bed, mountain views... couldn't ask for more from an Airbnb.
