Laundry room as a bicycle cellar are also available.

Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
