The wooden hut is located in the garden of the host directly on the river (Lieser), only 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Attention - footpath is closed from March 31 - Oct 2025 due to Alpe Adria cycle path construction. Optimal for cycling, hiking. Toilet, shower 30 m in host house. (Optional use of washing machine also possible) Amenities: Refrigerator in the cabin. Grill, fireplace, cooking facilities (outdoor), solar shower outdoors. For fun: Swimming in the river, table tennis, badminton, darts, etc. available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the stream of the same name, at approx. 1,100 meters above sea level! 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to Heidi Alm, 15 km to Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Additional information: Self-catering cabin - bedding is provided - sheets and covers as well as towels must be brought!!! No final cleaning fee will be charged, so please leave the accommodation swept clean!

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Franzosenstüberl am Katschberg

The Franzosenstüberl is a rustic old grain box and offers the highest living culture for two to four people on 40 m2 (two floors). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and ample storage space, as well as a stereo system and Wi-Fi. The upper floor consists of living room, built-in double bed and single bed and a couch (a cot is also possible). A flat screen TV is available for long evenings.

The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Nestled within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Salzburger Lungau, at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters in the idyllic village of Muhr, lies our charming holiday home. Several ski and hiking areas are just minutes away, as is the Mur Cycle Path, which runs directly near the house. The St. Michael/Lungau motorway exit can be reached in just 5 minutes. A perfect retreat for hikers and cyclists who wish to enjoy unspoiled nature and alpine tranquility.

Our fantastically beautiful cabins are real originals. They are all over 100 years old and we have lovingly renovated and prepared them for you. Take a break in the mountains. Spend relaxing days in an old hut. You won't want for anything. Wi-Fi, TV, toilet shower, towels and linens are of course included. You can walk to the slopes and lifts and also have restaurants and shopping in the village. In summer you can explore the mountains from the cabins.

The sun terrace offers a relaxed atmosphere and you can retreat from everyday stress. The vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. The house is the ideal starting point for hikers, climbers, cyclists, skiers. In the immediate vicinity are the artists' town of Gmünd, the Katschberg, the Goldeck and Lake Millstatt.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The hut is an ideal starting point for easy, medium or even demanding mountain tours. A nearby alpine inn is open year-round and is a good alternative to cooking yourself if needed. The hut is equipped with 6 beds in 3 rooms and a toilet, bathroom with tub and a kitchen with wood & gas stove.
